Dear Sir, thanks for your wonderful video. I landed here when I was searching to know about CKC. you did an wonderful video. I did the CT Angio and CAC is 13 with below details. Do you see a concern. My Age 50
Calcium Score: 13
Dominance: Right dominant circulation.
Coronary Dominance: Right dominant circulation.
Coronary arteries:
LMCA: Origin and course are normal with no significant stenosis
LMCA bifurcates into LAD and LCX.
LAD: Type III. Origin and course are normal. Few thin eccentric partially calcific plaques in the proximal and mid LAD causing a maximum of 20%-30% stenosis in the mid LAD. Mid- LAD myocardial bridge noted. No significant stenosis
D1: Medium caliber vessel. Few thin plaques without significant stenosis.
D2: Sizable vessel. Few thin plaques without significant stenosis.
LCX: Non-dominant vessel. Origin and course are normal. Minimal vessel wall plaquing noted. No significant stenosis
OM1: High origin small caliber vessel
OM2: Good caliber bifurcating vessel. No significant stenosis.
OM3: Sizable vessels. No significant stenosis.
RCA: Dominant vessel. Origin and course are normal. Minimal vessel wall plaquing noted. No significant stenosis.
Myocardium and Pericardium
Left ventricle is not dilated. No definite myocardial wall thinning/aneurysm/major clot noted. No pericardial effusion/calcification/thickening noted.

Get tmt done and get regular sngio done to assess for blockages if tmt is positive
