Jocko’s dad was my 7th grade social studies teacher. I was in his class when the planes struck the twin towers that sent Jocko off to war. Saw Mr Willink last year when I was out to dinner. Glad to see he’s still doing well. Just got my BJJ blue belt. Jocko is a big inspiration behind that.
I love watching where Origin is going. I have been following Pete since he first appeared on the Jocko podcast. I listened to Hands and Daylight and even got to meet Pete while we were on a family vacation in Maine last summer. So awesome watching America’s next big brand being built.
High School History teacher here, love watching many of these episodes with my students! They are on the ORGIN bandwagon, and are part of the movement for American Made Products!
Loved the video! Did not know Origin was on UA-cam, I followed on IG but glad it was mention in the video. Subscribed right away. Best boots around and I love the clothing
What's cool to see is what its like day by day running a company like Origin. The vlog style that you guys do is awesome, especially this episode with seeing both coasts and what's going on
Literally makes me smile as an American and a Veteran to see all the good that is being spread across the country with Origin. I’m know you guys have changed so many peoples lives by giving them good paying jobs and also a sense of pride to be able to produce such incredible quality products made entirely from American sources. You guys are literally reviving entire communities that were lost when companies decided to make their products overseas for cheaper labor. It’s like the second coming of American superiority in the durable goods department. I can’t wait to see where the company is in 10 years. I wouldn’t be surprised to see dozens more Origin factories across the United States in that time. You guys are inspirational. God Bless and in the words of Jocko “Get some”
Proud of all the work you do to bring industry back to America and to teach good life lessons through Jiu Jitsu! Freedom is not free! Everyday my husband and I comment on how grateful we are for all of the current service members and veterans who have given us the gift of freedom and the ability to pursue our goals! Keep up the good work! Thank you for all that you do!
Absolutely crushing the content my dudes. Just caught up on all of the Origin Uncut episodes from the last few weeks. I especially loved watching Jon fix the laser machine!
Ex Army Vet here from Mattawamkeag Maine. Currently live in South Carolina. I'm so glad to see that quality is a staple of the process. That it is made in my home state is very cool. It's great to see American made as well as a skill set that has been outsourced for so long getting integrated back into the American Made products you guys produce. Great job. Keep up the greatness that is Origin.
Love seeing the people on the floor in these videos. I've worked in manufacturing for 10 years now and you can tell a lot about a company by how happy the people in the floor are. Origin looks like it takes care of its people.
Keep Hammering! Love the new content and the behind the scenes info... The sneak peek inside the business and where it's heading is great stuff... GET SOME!
A genuine thank you for what you guys are doing. It is honestly inspiring to see not just what Origin is making but setting a new standard for what is acceptable. Thank you
Absolutely amazing how this brand is brining it all back to “Made in America”. It’s this mentality that is taking charge and starting a movement for Americans to be proud of being American again. I salute each and every person involved with this company and movement!!!
Love it! As a guy here in Texas who just got laid off, your content is definitely making me smile! wake up most days and turn on the jocko pod, and then proud molk user. Proud to get up and grind and never ever quit! Keep it up!
My grandparents, aunts and uncles worked in textiles in NC from before WWII until they all retired in the 1970s. Every place they worked has been gone for decades. Its great to see Origin returning textile manufacturing to NC at scale!
I have bought several products from Origin and I always feel a sense of pride when I place an order. Watching your videos and social media, drives home the impact Origin is making not only in your community, but across the country. I have no problem working a couple of overtime shifts for some extra money to buy something that is made in America and done so with pride.
My aunts used to work at the Lee sewing plant in my Georgia hometown. They made jeans that were sold locally. I love seeing these folks doing that same work again.
Jon, "the man of many hats," reminds me of the Renaissance Men we all need to re-waken our national soul and ingenuity. (When he found the errant hose of the laser cutter, I cheered!) Your product quality and the conscience of your entire team inspires me. There is a 13-year-old in my life as a volunteer tutor. He's badgered every day of 8th grade in California because his brain connects the dots of life uniquely. I'm going to usher him into rigorous martial arts when he comes to visit Tennessee this summer. Origin attire will be on his body, but a newly budding warrior will need to grow in his spirit.
I love seeing this company do what it actually set out to do, build quality goods in America for Americans. Not just running your suck, but actually getting stuff done in the face of all the doubters that said it wasn’t possible! Well done, keep pushing.
I love the fact that Origin is making things in the US, and not just that, but sourcing them in the US, and using US citizens in the manufacturing process. Well done.
It’s awesome to see some of the day to day inner workings that usually go unsung like Jon just getting into the unknown of a machine to fix it. No time to waste, get after it and get it done!
So awesome to see everything growing. I was in Augusta this past summer for a travel nursing assignment and had no idea at the time the store and warehouse were in Farmington until one of the guys at the jiu jitsu gym told me and thankfully I got to drive up there and see the store and warehouse about a week before I came back home!
Love the content and your products, specifically the gi's and jeans. Being a proud Mainer living in DC and having grown up in areas of Maine where almost everyone worked in a mill or processing plant its great to see what your doing.
What was your favorite scene from this week's episode?
Love seeing the hard work on the mats
More jocko clips
I liked watching the laser machine get repaired via UA-cam and google where we have no techs up here
Love the behind the scenes of how the factory is running and what it takes to keep it running.
Jocko telling the guys not to crash the BronGo followed up by “drive fast, take chances”.
Thats cool man!
Awww that's cute 🤗
His dad is a social studies teacher, that explains so much. Teaching is a vocation usually passed down in families!
dude, what's more awesome than that? THAT IS THE PATH
Time to grow up man. Blue belt is nothing to brag about
I love seeing folks prove that we can bring manufacturing back to America, well done!
I love watching where Origin is going. I have been following Pete since he first appeared on the Jocko podcast. I listened to Hands and Daylight and even got to meet Pete while we were on a family vacation in Maine last summer. So awesome watching America’s next big brand being built.
Surly that comment is a scam right?

Jon, "the man of many hats," reminds me of the Renaissance Men we all need to re-waken our national soul and ingenuity. (When he found the errant hose of the laser cutter, I cheered!)
Your product quality and the conscience of your entire team inspires me.
The content is getting better all of the time. Every Origin product is quality!
I love seeing this company do what it actually set out to do, build quality goods in America for Americans. Not just running your suck, but actually getting stuff done in the face of all the doubters that said it wasn’t possible! Well done, keep pushing.
This is illuminating to see how Origin operates. It gives me a feeling or patriotism. Thank you
I'm surprised there's only 100k people subscribed, this stuff is great and I love getting a little peak into the not so flashy side of manufacturing
