I like mine. I use a 1 1/2 in chisel and it fits really well in the chisel protector. Kreg square bit fits perfect in the chisel holder as well. I just throw my utility knife in the front, pencil on the right. Havent found the left holder useful for anything so its open.
I first purchased mine for drywall installation. I’ve been doing this for years. I was tired of carrying big lumpy pouches on both sides. I liked it so much that I purchased another one for my second set of tool pouch for small framing projects. Word of advice, unless you are hanging upside down with your pouches attached, that chisel won’t fall out.
I was thinking of getting this for my apartment house but it just does not have enough optional spaces for tools. If I`m doing electrical, there is only room for a couple screwdrivers, cutters, strippers. No room for wire nuts, linesman pliers etc. Carpentry or plumbing has the same shortcomings. This is more like a pouch for a foreman that is needed to help his tradesmen every once in a while.
I don't like it. It doesn't have enough space/pockets and it is very limited with what you can put on it and there for I don't find it useful. I got the Bucket Boss Four-Barrel Sheath and I'm very happy with it.
Good for laborers and demolition work!

Can you fit paslode framing nails in the chisel protector or can they fit without the chisel protector ?

This is more like an additional pouch vs a main pouch
get some kydex and make a custom chisel holder. that fits in the leather.
Great review! I just wish this was available in left handed dexterity
I don’t own tool shields but a lot of guys just fold over cardboard make a simple sheath and duct tape it
Will a painters 5 in one fit anywhere in that?
For the price I'd have expected a stitching groove, it's only a matter of time before I break or cut those stitches
Great video!
Amish Meadows thanks!
I wonder how a kreg multi-square fits in the back pocket
I think the shield is for a utility knife.
Super good quality.
Jalon Miller it is definitely good quality
No kidding
Be good for putting together scaffolding
get some boot oil on that before use! the cut edges of the leather soak up boot oil like a sponge.

You don't like it because it has no use for you. I don't like Ferrari rims because they don't fit on my VW Transporter. Get it?
I just put mines right in the back where my regular hammer one was, hence I do get more space to put more stuff.
