Another great video!
thanks for your time
I love this bro. Thanks
Cheers. Thanks for watching
Thanks for the update. Understood that no accurate timeline can be provided. But what would be the most optimistic estimate? I.e. What is the date before which there is absolutely no chance he will be able to play based on his injury and current recovery steps he is taking?
Would love to give even that but so difficult to say mate. Have seen players come back in 6 months before but then hard to say what the risk/reward is there
I tore my acl the same day as him in a match😢😢
On love
Good breakdown, Doc. Timber's landing didn't look like a full rupture, unlike David Alaba, who did his ACL and tore all his knee ligaments yday for R. Madrid. Full impact. Season done for Alaba. 9 months minimum for a full recovery with that one. Alaba's still young enough and in good shape, as he never put huge weight on his landing. But he's gonna lose a lot of his explosiveness after that injury. With Timber, no more than 6 months I think; and will be back the same Player.
@aftv should feature you on a segment on their injuries
Hey bro Rajpal thanks for your videos. They are very significant and helpful. Can you please render me guidance/ videos to aid on my ACL surgery recovery. I'm 14 days post surgery. Thank you
That’s for your physio to do mate
Hi doctor,
there is a difference between rehab acl from hamstring or from TBT?
For pro football player?
Will he ever b the same player?? That's my question.
I'm rather having him late stronger, than forcing him back as fast as possible. Don't wanna watch his career ruined.
Jurrie thank you
