My older brother and his wife did something symilar. They made his 2 year old son wear a t-shirt with "big brother" on it. Me and my sister where the first to noticed the shirt. If we did not told our mom to look at his shirt she would have never noticed

when my eldest sister revealed she was pregnant, she came over to visit, and then when we'd all sat down and talked for a bit, she said "i brought champagne by the way!" and poured everyone a glass - and then said "but i'll be having juice." there was this moment of silence and then my mom got it and was so happy. it was very cute.
That would actually be a cool gender reveal. They react to different reveals and then are like you know what how about this one and reveal this was actually the set up for them to reveal.
For what it's worth, one of my cats sat on my belly the whole time I was pregnant, and immediately "adopted" my now-6-year-old. The other two cats tolerate him, but that one cat LOVES him.

I love playing the Sims, and my husband is a big gamer of a variety of games, so for our pregnancy announcement he had a tshirt that had a gaming controller that said 'Ready Player 1' and I had a tshirt that said 'Ready Player 2' at the top and 'Player 3 Loading' on my stomach. We took off our hoodies and waited for family members to read the tshirts :D We now have a 6 month old, and this is the first chance I've had to catch up on UA-cam XD

When I announced to my (now ex)husband , at his workplace, that I was pregnant he ran around the whole building telling everyone. 12 weeks later I called in at the factory offices again after my scan and had to announce to him we were, in fact, having twins. This time his reaction was very different. The colour drained from his face and he actually passed out on his desk. He came round after a couple of minutes and asked me to repeat what I had told him. I did, and he promptly passed out again. Twit!
The dog with the "Mom and Dad are getting me a human" sign reminds me of someone I know. She turned four the day her baby brother was born, and she thought the baby would be her birthday gift.

As a mum I died laughing at this! Babies aren’t that bad, toddlers are hell. They hit, kick and bite and don’t sleep and eat their own poo. You can be the best mum ever, it’ll all still happen. Get used to the same programme on repeat, every day. As for pregnancy tests, clear blue ones are generally crosses with blue dye, pink dye with two lines are most other brands and pink dye seems much more reliable for not getting false positives (it took a long time and a lot of trying to have my son!). Kids are worth it but you will both lose your minds at points. You cram your whole life into 2 hours in the evenings and they are incredibly expensive. But when all the screaming, following you everywhere and breaking things calms, those cuddles are the best thing bed you’ll ever have. You think you love each other and I’m nit saying you don’t, but wait until you experience the love you have for a child. It really does swallow you up and physically hurts, there just isn’t a love like it. ❤️
I don’t think most kids eat their own poo. Mine didn’t. Also I find toddlers are much easier to deal with than babies. They can talk and reason. Babies are a guessing game.

My favorite baby reveal was a woman who was studing something with medicine and they were practicing how to do an ultrasound and what you can see on one. When her partner got to the uterus she asked "what's that?" and pointed to the baby. The partner then turned the screen to their classmates and all were really shocked.

In the U.S. baking ingredients are measured by cups. And some liquids are measures in squirts or pumps. That's what they're trying to say. It's still bad, but it's not as bad as you think. They're not talking about sex. They just didn't think that one all the way through.
I agree maybe if they had said 1 part mommy 1 part daddy mix with love bake till July it would not have seemed do odd. Something about calling it pumps is a little off putting.

One of my besties (NB) had a very phobic family. They were pregnant and they decided to do a "gender reveal" to appease the phobic family members. They decided to have the reveal on a baby blanket they would open to reveal the gender. They opened the blanket with their husband and revealed "gender is a construct!" On a yellow blanket. They refused to tell anyone what the baby would be assigned at birth stating "it doesn't matter, our baby will be loved no matter what gender they choose" Best way to cut out toxic family members I've ever seen. 💯
In some ways, twins can be easier. They're always at the same stage. You dont have to worry about an older child playing with small toys that a younger one could eat. 2 in diapers was easy. Potty training 2 was awful for a while. When they're really young, they have the same biomes going on in their greedy mouths. We had to color code the bottles so we knew who had eaten what. In the baby food you only need one spoon. Later it was 3 spoons, one for everybody. Those little rugrats just turned 18 on me.
random: i recently read/heard (not sure which) that it is actually GOOD for kids to get 'tossed around' a bit (in a safe, playfull, manner where they can't be hurt) like yeeting them into a pool etc because it helps the brain learn where the body is in relations ship to the outside world aka sense of balance etc
Here’s some of the baby reveals I’ve seen: 1. My niece! Me and my siblings got shirts! Mine said “auntie shark”. I looked at it and was kinda confused at first. Then i was thinking “waiiitttt” I looked at my sister, she smiled. And I started tearing up. My sister was just as excited and my brother obviously got an “uncle shark” shirt. My niece is now 1 years old and is doing really well!! :D 2. Friends There was a family at my school that we were kind of friends with and they were expecting a baby. And how they revealed it on social media is they already had four kids. Two girls and two boys. They had them do a tug-of-war and underneath the picture it said “who will win?” I was really excited for them. The baby would’ve been a girl but sadly she was a miscarriage. Her name would’ve also been willow and now they planted a willow tree in their yard for her. So sad to hear about it... Also another story is that the dad of Willow was my social studies teacher last year and he told us a story about after they found out It was a miscarriage he had to do conferences and one of the parents came in and asked “how are you doing?” The parent thought that he would say “good”. But he was honest and said “bad”. The parent was surprised by his response. I think that just shows how normal it is for someone to say good when we ask how they are doing.
I love how half the time they are taking the piss out of each other (mixed in with a few dirty jokes) and the other half they´re just having wholesome reactions to baby reveals.
Also, uh, I'm making a horrified face explaining this, but I believe the "cup" is her womb and the "3 pumps" refers to, well, squirts, not thrusts. *facepalm*

Im bi and sometimes struggle with my attraction towards men, because I cannot really see myself in any of the typical m/f relationships that are usually displayed in movies/books etc, but everytime I watch a video with the two of you together I regain hope
I work with parents and their newborns and not one of them knows what they're doing, even if it's not their first. If you feel that way you're not alone. All you need is to love them. Love them!

When my youngest nephew was two, I was holding him upside down over my shoulder by his ankles at his request. He asked me to walk around to the front yard to show Grandma. I stepped in a hole and down we both went. We were bruised, but fine. That was the end of holding him like that though.
I have scars on my feet from an ATV accident. My toddler cousin and I were on a trailer my brother was driving with his ATV and we hit a bump. I formed a crash cage around my cousin and took all the damage for her. There wouldn't have been much damage but my dumb butt was wearing sandals... X_X
The "PRactice on cat" -pic is done amazingly, how the font size, prop placement, everything makes you first read the text - still noticing the cat from corner of your eye - and only at the end actually noticing the whole cat.

As a mum I died laughing at this! Babies aren’t that bad, toddlers are hell. They hit, kick and bite and don’t sleep and eat their own poo. You can be the best mum ever, it’ll all still happen. Get used to the same programme on repeat, every day. As for pregnancy tests, clear blue ones are generally crosses with blue dye, pink dye with two lines are most other brands and pink dye seems much more reliable for not getting false positives (it took a long time and a lot of trying to have my son!). Kids are worth it but you will both lose your minds at points. You cram your whole life into 2 hours in the evenings and they are incredibly expensive. But when all the screaming, following you everywhere and breaking things calms, those cuddles are the best thing bed you’ll ever have. You think you love each other and I’m nit saying you don’t, but wait until you experience the love you have for a child. It really does swallow you up and physically hurts, there just isn’t a love like it. ❤️
I don’t think most kids eat their own poo. Mine didn’t. Also I find toddlers are much easier to deal with than babies. They can talk and reason. Babies are a guessing game.

My favorite baby reveal was a woman who was studing something with medicine and they were practicing how to do an ultrasound and what you can see on one. When her partner got to the uterus she asked "what's that?" and pointed to the baby. The partner then turned the screen to their classmates and all were really shocked.
My mom had two pairs of twins. I don't know how she did it, but I'm very happy and grateful for my 4 twin sisters!

I do love the "eating tacos for two" cookie since I ate a lot of tacos when I was pregnant. It would be terrifying if it had jam in the bump though.
In the U.S. baking ingredients are measured by cups. And some liquids are measures in squirts or pumps. That's what they're trying to say. It's still bad, but it's not as bad as you think. They're not talking about sex. They just didn't think that one all the way through.
I agree maybe if they had said 1 part mommy 1 part daddy mix with love bake till July it would not have seemed do odd. Something about calling it pumps is a little off putting.
I've been baking and cooking for years and have never seen anything measured in pumps...

One of my besties (NB) had a very phobic family. They were pregnant and they decided to do a "gender reveal" to appease the phobic family members. They decided to have the reveal on a baby blanket they would open to reveal the gender. They opened the blanket with their husband and revealed "gender is a construct!" On a yellow blanket. They refused to tell anyone what the baby would be assigned at birth stating "it doesn't matter, our baby will be loved no matter what gender they choose"

In some ways, twins can be easier. They're always at the same stage. You dont have to worry about an older child playing with small toys that a younger one could eat.
2 in diapers was easy. Potty training 2 was awful for a while.
When they're really young, they have the same biomes going on in their greedy mouths. We had to color code the bottles so we knew who had eaten what. In the baby food you only need one spoon. Later it was 3 spoons, one for everybody.
Those little rugrats just turned 18 on me.
random: i recently read/heard (not sure which) that it is actually GOOD for kids to get 'tossed around' a bit (in a safe, playfull, manner where they can't be hurt) like yeeting them into a pool etc because it helps the brain learn where the body is in relations ship to the outside world aka sense of balance etc

1. My niece!
Me and my siblings got shirts! Mine said “auntie shark”. I looked at it and was kinda confused at first. Then i was thinking “waiiitttt” I looked at my sister, she smiled. And I started tearing up. My sister was just as excited and my brother obviously got an “uncle shark” shirt. My niece is now 1 years old and is doing really well!! :D
2. Friends
There was a family at my school that we were kind of friends with and they were expecting a baby. And how they revealed it on social media is they already had four kids. Two girls and two boys. They had them do a tug-of-war and underneath the picture it said “who will win?” I was really excited for them. The baby would’ve been a girl but sadly she was a miscarriage. Her name would’ve also been willow and now they planted a willow tree in their yard for her. So sad to hear about it...
Also another story is that the dad of Willow was my social studies teacher last year and he told us a story about after they found out It was a miscarriage he had to do conferences and one of the parents came in and asked “how are you doing?” The parent thought that he would say “good”. But he was honest and said “bad”. The parent was surprised by his response. I think that just shows how normal it is for someone to say good when we ask how they are doing.
I love how half the time they are taking the piss out of each other (mixed in with a few dirty jokes) and the other half they´re just having wholesome reactions to baby reveals.

When my youngest nephew was two, I was holding him upside down over my shoulder by his ankles at his request. He asked me to walk around to the front yard to show Grandma. I stepped in a hole and down we both went. We were bruised, but fine. That was the end of holding him like that though.
I have scars on my feet from an ATV accident. My toddler cousin and I were on a trailer my brother was driving with his ATV and we hit a bump. I formed a crash cage around my cousin and took all the damage for her. There wouldn't have been much damage but my dumb butt was wearing sandals... X_X
