Beautiful work! Repairing but not covering it's scars was definitely the best idea for it. I've got a beat '75 Guild that I need to do some similar work to in order to get it playable again.

Very cool but also cringe worthy

What would you do with an old Martin with a hole in it and a sanded top?

It’s a great playing guitar and the neck set and relief was dead on. Big deal considering Martin didn’t add truss rods to their guitars until the 80’s. Thanks for watching!

I can respect the time you put into it, but fake using a guitar is the stupidest Poser thing someone can do. 😂 just use it, and worry about getting better at playing, not getting better at faking that you played the guitar for way longer.

Fake playing would be saying you can play when you can’t, having a guitar that looks worn or old because you like the style has nothing at all to do with how well you play, being a “poser” is really just calling everyone else a poser for stupid shit

The guitar is from the 1960s and already had the blemishes on the wood itself, so when he refinished it, he added the ageing to the new finish as well.
