Its a great ideal . But thieves are a big problem hope he gets to enjoy for along time👍
Ive built my share of things while living outside. A problem these nice campers will have to deal with is theft. Making it not stick out or draw attention is important. People see something nice and they are drawn to it for the wrong reasons. Are they lockable? Any lock can be compromised but locks will prevent opportunity theft and also will slow entry of someone trying to get in. Adding an alarm with a fob($16) on amazon or a window/door alarm. Nobody moves when someone elses alarm goes off but for your own stuff, an alarm tells you someone is messing with your stuff, handle it. Happy i found this channel.
I think this is my favorite camper because of how small it can fold up
HERE IN IRELAND, WE SALUTE YOU GOD BLESS YOU AT THIS MOMENT WE HAVE MANY IRISH WHO ARE NOW HOMELESS YOU ARE DOING A GREAT THING KEEP ON KEEPING ON.
this is Awesome I am 58 years old and was homeless from age 12 until I was 22, even though I have a home now,I worry about becoming homeless a lot because bills are going up ,yet my disability is not, I see people doing these things for homeless and pray that if I am ever homeless again I come across someone like you.
There’s a community acupuncture network. It may help ❤
Homeless man here. I have the luxury of living in my truck. One thing I have learned real quick is that truck liner can be painted on. This has added a bit of color, heat resistance, and protection to my truck bed, and to the roof of my truck.
Perhaps something similar would be prudent for future designs.
Love what you do for people in need. Have a blessed day
Thanks Sarah I really appreciate it ✌️🙏
@@buildersblueprint when I can afford it I will donate but right now I'm struggling living on disability and trying to buy food pay bills ect.. but I do appreciate what you do to help out others that are homeless
@@buildersblueprint you didn't show the final product inside, didn't demo sleeping on it as well. You can improve a lot in editing your videos too, or hire someone to do it for you. And you gave that homeless guy an assignment. You should've just fixed that panel open on the roof and fixed the box inside the camper. It's another thing he has to think of adding up to figuring out how to get food. He'll probably end up just selling that system
Thank you for doing your part to help tame and save mankind due to your empathy for humanity.
Man, that's really cool that you do that for homeless people. I'm thinking, though, that it's just a matter of time before someone jacks their stuff. Maybe consider putting a keyed lock on it or something.
You help homeless people with this tiny home with lots of neccessities in it, dude you are a kind soul , God bless you 👍
I love all your videos, but I like these ones the most. Dear hearts, you are amazing! The tiny homes are such a wonderful idea and a blessing to the homeless, one at a time, my sweets, one at a time! I don't know if you already have tried this, but probably if you go to home depot or lowes, and tell them of what you are doing for the homeless, hopefully they can donate some of the materials to build more tiny homes. May God continue blessing you, so you can continue blessing others as well.
Thanks Homies I really appreciate it. We have reached out several times and have not heard back from them yet but thanks for watching and God bless 🙏🙏
Amazing that one guy can do this…. but our world ‘goverments’ can’t? Homeless people need our help!!! Thank you, great job 🙏🏼❤️❤️. I hope nobody steals it.
❤ the ideas I see coming in for the homeless really lifts my heart thank you from the bottom of my heart..
That smile you give to the guy is more important than the bike camper! God bless You!❤
You are an awesome guy. There should be more people like you.
Thanks Homie I really appreciate it. ❤️❤️
You can be one ! ❤
I really liked this one! It was cool! 🥰 But one issue. The waterproof plastic was attached to the inside, which wasn't painted, and no silicone was used to prevent a waterproof barrier between this layer. Which means that any rain hitting the waterproof plastic, is gonna drip down the edge, and into the interior where the wood will eventually start to rot.
It's not a bad design, but needs a few minor improvements.
I appreciate the comment. It did rain and the inside did not get wet at all. Unfortunately, we were not able to record it because we were at West Marine. But thanks for watching and God bless.
It seems like the tent fabric needs to lap over the sides of the camper. I have a motorcycle camper, and it does have such an overlap to keep the rain out.
@@cherylbarrett3443 Yes, I agree! 👍
I think a tarp would fix that issue. He could even use it for extra shade.
@@lynne8755 Yes, a tarp is the first thing I thought of when I looked at this. It would also allow cooking with an alcohol or other camping cookstove out of the rain on an rainy day without risking carbon monoxide inside the camper.
Great work. Giving a home to homeless is the biggest work a person can do❤❤
Thanks for watching and God bless ✌️❤️❤️
It’s a bed not a home
@@Marley417 for you it might just be bed but for someone who does not have a home its a home. Try to appreciate other works and kindness
@@deadeyegamer3020 exactly , kudos these bike campers can be life savers as well because humans can catch Exposure and expire from it in merely Low 50s wet conditions and temps , a dry camper that deflects wetness and keeps a sleeping bag dry can mean the world to some unfortunate person in that situation , , ,so when a city announces they will open cold shelters to the homeless ONLY if temperatures fall less than 40°degrees , , it burns me with anger because city KNOWS they should open them at 50° , , City leaders have same Google Medical the rest of us have access to 😢😔😔
When you have nothing ,just a bed can be a home!
You found who it really was to get this great gift that you built, not everyone whom we meet will get the blessing that God has for them, but you did what the Spirit had you to do. Keep up the great work that you are doing. I like your design and will try it out myself to go along with my bike wagon that I have built for the homeless.
May the Father in Heaven, El Shaddai, bless you both to continue this loving work you are doing! So heartfelt, makes me happy to see your neat ideas!
I see you 2 helping so many ppl and almost always I get teary eyed God Bless you for helping
Thanks I really appreciate it. God bless. ❤️
What you do for folks is super cool. I still like to build me one day for a nice camping trailer. My only problem is to have two extra batteries for my ebike, I would have 180-amps. I right now travel 80 miles with my current cargo with 70 lbs. Thanks!
Awww that was so sweet. May Jesus bless you and him both, dearly.
I’m super happy to FINALLY see someone implement the same idea I’ve had to a growing homeless problem where the government takes away from the very same people people like yourself have provided for them. With this alternative they can move it with them and even leave it at work stationed and no government or sanitation problem. Excellent! 👍🏻 Hope to see other’s implement this alternative as well in helping out the homeless or themselves.
I wish, but where exactly do you put it? I don’t think many employers or their neighboring businesses would want a person essentially camping in their parking lot. And even is so….you would need to have an employer, which many do, but not all.
Not being negative and a nice thing, but the tricky part of any housing alternatives for the homeless is the “where,.” If you have a place… almost anything will work (tent, yurt, van, old RV, tiny home, etc) but in reality, although most people say they want to help the homeless, most also want the encampments or shelters to be someplace OTHER than their own neighborhood.
@@Itried20takennames There is individual action, then there is collective action. You can't do one without the other. This is great, I'm going to try it myself. But the end is always to get homes.
We have a local organization, I'm going to try building one of these, then try to get the homeless organization. This is the easiest best design I've seen, and I've seen businesses step up for homelessness. The real problem is governments. Micro homes are the best solution to that, this is a first step til a micro home. Which frankly is all anybody needs.
I like the way that you think and GJ endeavoring to help
Hey , Good morning , Manny .
I'm really sorry that Brad didn't meet up with you to receive the bike camper . But at the end you still made out well cause you found someone else in need . As for you and channel getting 170 thousand subscribers is super awesome 💯 I'm very happy and proud of you for hanging in there . If I need help buying a small power station do you think you'd be able to direct me !!! Is there any way that I can get in touch with you !? I hope you remember me! As the guy said it it's true you're awesome 💯❤️😇🙏💪🙌✌️😎 👍
You guys are soooo awesome and sooooo cool. Thank you for saving our country for the homeless
I think I like this bike camper the best. Couldn't ask for more. Great talent.
Thank you I really appreciate it. More videos coming very soon. ❤️
Why did I end up crying at the end 😢 I need one of those power chargers for my trip to California when I live out of my car.
I linked the product in the description. Thanks for watching and God bless.
You are born with this talent ! And you are a good man ! God bless you !
Your compassion and good heart made me cry. Thank you.
I'm homeless on social security in Amarillo Texas I pay someone to build me a bike camper you did a awesome job
This is so cool! He looked like he couldn't believe his luck.
Really? He didn't really look at all bothered to me. The first guy didn't even show up? Presumably because he was busy getting drunk or high... Some people just don't wanna be helped
I applaud your initiative, compassion, and outreach to the homeless.
You guys are too much. Thank God for guys like you.
Wow, thank you so much. I really appreciate it Homie. ❤️
@@buildersblueprintyou guys are awesome, keep these builds up , you are doing far more good for a lucky few than most City programs seem to be doing , , draw up blueprints of current and past bike camper builds and provide link so inspired fans of your good channel can help you help even more 👍 hard shell foam campers are your better options , , because more moving parts and tent materials invite water leaks and condensation mold quickly , , yes your hardshell foam builds are longer lasting better cover designs 👍 that brownish black paint choice is awesome , , keeping in mind most have to hide their camper somewhere before they can safely sleep in it , loitering ordinances get abused by police a lot in southern states like here in Florida , , great build efforts guys , keep it going 🙏👌🙏
Each design gets better and better. Love how light and compact this trailer was built.
Thanks David I really appreciate it. We just finished up with another video and will be posting it in a couple days.🙏
I was homeless, for five months, and now found an inexpensive place to rent for $650.00, an old travel trailer, electric & water included, way down here in the southernmost tip of Texas, Olmito/Brownsville, area. And I had a lot of help from homeless people that gave me clothes, food, and sheltering tips, and would like to repay them by doing what you're doing, and would like to make some of these trailers for them.
You've probably changed that Man's life. God bless you 🙏
That guy definitely sold everything and bought drugs or alcohol the reason I say that is because he didn’t seem all that interested or excited about anything meaning he knew he was going to sell it
@@anthony_786 Possibly, we're responsible for our actions, not that of others. Not every seed planted produces fruit exactly on the timeline you expect.
@@anthony_786 more likely that the cops steal it
the pop up is an awesome idea love what your all are doing keep up the great work
Thanks I really appreciate it 🙏❤️
Oh that's a good idea. Yea just became homeless and this is a good idea so I can have a longer lasting place to live. Currently living in a tent under a bridge near my job saving up for a car so I can live in that
You are a kind hearted person 💪❤️💓
❤️
Keep building them, they are brilliant and what a kind service to do for others
This is a great design! You do great work, not only on the builds, but in what you do to help the homeless!
I think im going to use this build as inspiration for a bike camper for myslef!
What a great build and so nice to see the smile on his face!
Thanks for watching. I really appreciate it. God bless.❤️
It’s an amazing idea and a wonderful way of helping people, just worth to to do a small change in the future builds: the waterproof material on the sides should be bolted outside of the box on the bottom cause whatever it will be the rain water or the morning condensation, it will flow inside the camper when it’s positioned like this. Great job!
What A Blessing! I Thank God for You!
Thanks for watching and God bless
So cool oh thank you you precious beautiful people God bless you
Thanks for watching and God bless❤️
God bless you all. It gives me faith in humanity❤
God bless your hearts doing that for homeless people. That is awesome
Thanks I really appreciate it. God bless. 🙏🙏
Outstanding! Now consider using armored 1" foam board for top and partially on sides. Using cotton duck cloth adhere foam board sandwiched between a coat of latext gripper paint. It's becomes very strong. Coating both sides even stronger... Cut the side planks in half. Put armored foam along the top edges. Great idea you have there...saving even alittle weight goes along wait on cycle campers...since you have 2"X2" slats you can getby using 1/4" plywood for bottom can weather proof using cloth Nd gripper paint. Once all glued & fastened together very strong....cheers
You are an absolutely AWESOME & TALENTED person. May God continue to bless and keep you and your family in peace health and happiness
Thanks for watching. I really appreciate it. we are building a teardrop trailer from scratch in our next video. Hope to see you in the comment section again soon God bless ❤️
This is the best homeless camper I've found since finding various designs on UA-cam about an hour ago.
I love the pop-up feature that lowers center of gravity & prevents WIND from tipping it over when traveling. I'd probably prefer to use it just as a base to set a TENT up on. Then, remove the floor of the tent to be able to access food & supplies stored in the base while I'm in the tent!
I agree, I love the design which has both a low center of gravity and low lateral windage. I think that one could lower the weight with some creativity but the basic design is so far my favorite. The materials and technique fit the need perfectly for these traveling angels.
Good on you. Lots of people talk the talk, but you walk the walk. Kudos.
Sweet camper. If you build another one like this maybe see if the fabric can attach outside the camper so if it rains the water won't end up inside.
Thanks homie it actually ended up raining and the inside didn’t get wet at all. Unfortunately, I was not able to record it because I was at West Marine when it happened.
a long heavy wind and rain should fill the box.@@buildersblueprint
Dude what you do is awesome! I'd be tempted to ask for like an over engineered pop-out caravan or something lol That is so cool you were able to find someone to give this to though, I hope they're using it well and enjoying it :) people take for granted how much better it is to not be sleeping on the ground or floor, being elevated helps so much.
Love it ! You were looking for a different design and I think you nailed it.
Thanks Homie I really appreciate you watching and supporting our channel ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for your effort to built a home for a homeless man.😊
Nicely done and if I was homeless this would be the perfect set up BUT most homeless people I've seen collect way too much junk. Would be interesting to follow up with him in a couple months. I would mounted the solar panel on the roof and then have it where you can angle it towards the sun. You could start a business offering something like this for cycle tourist.
I'd buy one!
Solar panel, power station, bi fold mattress allows him to sit up on rainy days
It's the crazy ones who collect junk, I've seen a guy that has 5 large shopping carts full of plastic bags, folders and other junk, maybe he thinks someone's going to buy this junk
Great idea for the pop-up, only one thing that could be more fun if the whole roof popped up.
Thanks I completely agree with you. Maybe I’ll do that on the next one. ✌️
@@buildersblueprint:
That would be amazing. Have a blessed day.
@@reneek7721 you too homie
Best Idea for Bike Camper. Sliding floor EXTENSION. A semi-circular folding ACCORDION Bamboo at the end for toilet/shower/kitchen. I hope the materials are lightweight.
This is dope! It’s so cool to see someone looking out for their fellow man
Appreciate it 😊
God bless you bro for what you are doing
Thanks for watching homie ❤️❤️
Another great build! Keep it going!
Thanks Homie I really appreciate it ❤️🙏🙏
Wow. you are wonderful. ❤️❤️❤️
From VietNam 🇻🇳
Make the next one tall enough to store his bike. Thievery and other heinous acts are way too common, but can be helped with a little storage.
God bless my brother, you did well. Continue your good deeds. God blesses!!!
Thanks I really appreciate it ❤️❤️
Your channel what you all do is amazing literally your there guardian in disguise 😇
Really appreciate you homie ❤️
Not only was it sponsored but you made a good profit from the video.
What a wonderful person you are ❤❤❤❤
Really appreciate you
That's a really smart design! Thank you SO much for your selfless act.
Oh I wish you could have installed the fabric to the outside of the camper rather than inside along that rail. The water may sit in a pocket between the canvas, and wall and when he folds it down soak the inside. Perhaps you accounted for that by having that slight overhang of the corrugated roof? Anyway ... grateful for what you do and how you are blessing to those around you.
We only had a curtain budget to get this finished but it did rain and no water got into the camper but thanks for watching and God bless 🙏
Brett sees David and fights him for “his” bike camper. 😂 I kid, I kid…love it. Been thinking of doing some similar for folk in Detroit.
I'm just happy to see more build videos with talking and not ASMR with possible text.
First time watching and was was so pleased for you. First of all well done with the building off of this it's awesome 👌 and secondly thanks for letting us see that there are lovely people like yourselves around coz the world 🌎 really needs people like you❤
God Almighty bless bless u guys to put your God given Gift may u continue to shine your light it's the little thing that we do that makes a huge difference God bless all Hope faith Love ❤️🦋❤️
What a wonderful camper. My favorite so far for its simplicity. Thank you for seeing beyond "I". I wish was in your area. I so need a shelter and a power bank..Nevertheless, much thanks for what you are doing. Kudos!
Fantastic!

Fantastic! xx
Thanks I really appreciate it 🙏
It's SO AWESOME that you would do this for a homeless person...and record it for clicks.
Good for you. Keep up the good work.
I’d have installed the fabric sides on the outside and glued all the pieces as well as screws. Great job! That would also make a great bicycle camper.
Ty😊😊😊😊😊
Here is a tip. output the bikes with cheap 49cc 2stroke engines or ebike hub motors. That will make towing around the campers, up hills alot easier.
This is a great idea. Thanks ✌️
no problem man. i was homeless too once. sleeping in a tent. i would take one of those for my ebike and solar charge it if i had too.@@buildersblueprint
I liked the design but I think quarter inch square tubing
And a welder you could probably take away half if not more of the weight and I would think it would probably last a lot longer and the elements
Completely agree with you. We haven’t had a place to build these so it’s really hard to get that type of set up but we did just buy a house so we will be getting a welder and plan to make many more videos for you. Thanks for watching and God bless ✌️❤️
@@buildersblueprint you can always go with the simplest welder from harbor freight get their hundred-dollar flux core wire feed and the auto-darkening hood that's the easiest cheapest setup I know of
I've been thinking about doing something like this where I live anyways God bless congratulations on the new house
BEER RUN BUS.
This is the way homeless people should be blessed.
At least they have some shelter and a way to
Transport any where they need to go.
Maybe next time you and your friends help build another bike camper,
Be sure to also give them a bicycle repair kit too
Thanks I really appreciate it and thank you for watching. It means a lot. God bless. ❤️❤️
ESPECIALLY, use solid rubber tires on both the bike & trailer so tire repairs aren't even necessary!

Maybe he bought what he had money for since it was done by donation.
Love the idea, gonna try and make one for myself. It will be better putting the insulation between stats on roof so the corrugated plastic will be flat on top, bottom of tent material needs to be outside of camper otherwise rain will leak in, and a tarp or more tent material for doorway for privacy and water proofing.
Better to insulate THE MAN (w/clothing/sleeping bag) than the dwelling, as it would become intolerably hot quickly in warmer weather.
Great to have this collaboration!🤩
It was a pleasure we really appreciate it ❤️

Dude you’re the best, I used to be homeless I would’ve killed for something like this to feel safe and feel dignified. Thank you for helping the people who are typically forgotten and ignored. Seriously you’re such a good dude.
These videos keep getting better and better! Keep up the good work!
You should try camping in the rain in one of these first. The attachment of the tent fabric INSIDE the side is likely to have rain running down the fabric and INTO the cabin. You'll either need a redesign or spray the hell out of the fabric with silicon water proofing. Also, was the insect netting ATTACHED to the side fabric? Looked like it was blowing loosely. I also suggest painting EVERY surface of the wood BEFORE attaching them together, as water will wick in between where you couldn't get paint to. Love your sentiments, though!
Super tolles Teil, mega
With this design I think you have just made something !!! Building off this idea and making it better and better would be dope of you to do I love this build so much for the homeless people in need
Thanks homie i really appreciate it. we just posted a new video a few days ago feel free to check it out and let me know how you like it. Thanks for watching and God bless.
I will be ordering next that charging station!!!! AWESOME INDEED! Thank you for putting the link as well!!!!
Some ideas about locations: High Schools and Community colleges might still have wood shops. Pose this as an opportunity for a student club or a class project. You might get space for it. A church with a homeless outreach program might loan you space as well. And don't forget lodges like the Elks or the VFW.
