Hello Dr Joe, 自從你開臺之後就Subscribed,也曾讚賞你一開始就做英文字幕,至今中英對照,得益不少。 我30年前就已經有Hip Pain - after listening to your explanation, it sounded like I have all the symptoms you mentioned because of arthritis, gluteus medius, and hip bursitis. I will continue to work on them according to your instructions and recommendation. I will report to you in a couple of months time. I also have knots along the outward thighs, which sometimes come and go, and quite painful when you press on them. When I lay on my sides, my hip bone hurts (a lot)too! I asked my doctors many times, and they couldn’t provide me with a satisfactory explanation. I thank you for hitting the points here, so thank you for making this video! 可以用筋膜槍,可以做運動,多啲拉筋,其實好似在上海也有外國的脊醫,不妨找他們

彈弓手其實是勞損的一種,主要是手指的跟腱纖維化了,就好像一條橡筋越來越鬆,自然屈曲便有卡住,我覺得可以用手自己按這條筋膜,如果未如理想,也可以用衝擊波去打散去。嚴重的彈弓手,就要做手術。希望你快快康復,祝身體健康,新年進步。
