NEVER run a rod into the barrel from the muzzle end!!! This guy somewhere got wrong advice. I suppose next he will spray oil into the striker channel. Sheesh
Better light and detail quality of detail, I sure wish these cleaning videos were done better. You might know what your looking at, but I sure dont. Watch our viedo first and get better detail and clarity. 95% of thje videos on black pistols are really bad to see.

Top of barrel (rectangle piece that's exposed on slide) is scratched up. Mine is a Sig too, but it's stainless. Is that ok??
Yes, the barrel hood is typical spot for wear. Nothing to be concerned about.
