  • Agya Chakra powers the pineal gland which plays an important role in regulating many functions of the body, including sleep, mood, reproduction, and circadian rhythms. Basically it affects hormonal production to a large extent.
    It has also been called 'the eye of intuition'. Initially it is very hard to feel the exact location point of agya, so we concentrate on agya kshetram, (reflection pont) at the mid-eyebrow centre, bhrumadhya. These two centres are directly connected. That is why it has always been an Indian custom to place tilak, chandan, sindur or kumkum on the mid-eyebrow centre as a constant reminder to the spiritual aspirant for self growth
    Trataka Dhyana is also a powerful technique to activate this chakra. Gazing at a flame can focus the awareness in a way that the Agya is awakened.
    Another technique is third-eye gazing focusing on the Bhrumadhya. Om chanting which is the beej mantra of this chakra will also allow it to slowly open.
    Also, any activity where one’s focus and concentration are used will put pressure on this energy centre and help it to bloom more freely.
    Please note that these techniques should not be practised for more than 5-10 minutes. Also, they should be practised under the guidance of a seasoned teacher.

      Getting up on Brahma muhurat, doing yoga and meditation is not religious. It is spiritual.
      Anyone can do it. Knowing all this and applying in life makes people more balanced..

      ​@@rane9246 No, Yoga and meditation is a part of sanatan dharm and doing yoga and meditation IS A RELIGIOUS/ SPRITUAL TRADITION and spirituality is taught only in Hinduism . Bramh muhurat is also concept of sanatan dharm .
      And I Agree that anyone can do it as there is no concept of conversion or any other stuff/religion in Hinduism

    It works like a miracle. I personally use to do it daily in the morning and i can tell you guys it really helped me reduce brain fog, gave me clarity and helped increased my focus. After some time i stopped doing it because of my habit of getting bored from things. But brain fog has returned to some extent and all the things which she told. I will start doing it from today again. Thank You for this video and helping me getting back on track.

Aankhein khuli ho, yaa band ho, har waqt focus between the eyebrows hi hona chaiye. Aur har breath me Ishwar ka naam. Naam jitna Chhota utna sehej. Aapko Jo pasand hai aap japiye, aur Ishwar se connect kar rahe ho, aisi bhawna rakhiye. Aisa sochiye unko SAB SUNAI DE RAHA. WO AAPKO bless kar rahe. Aap unhi ke hain. Marte waqt bhi bilkul aise hi marna hai, yeh Geeta ji me likha hai. Bhru-madhya me man, aur saath me Ishwar ka naam.

    You are doing a wonderful job by spreading the word about yog!! Just one suggestion, Focusing on Crown Charka will purify all other 6 Chakras. And just as you said, if you start wandering with your thoughts refocus on your Crown Charka. You’re doing the same thing as suggested in the video. It’s just that the energies of all other chakras will increase and purify when you focus on Crown Charka, you must feel the vibrations from the Root Chakra to Crown Chakra to know if your doing it right.

    3 to 5 mins??.....I do that for almost 40minutes.... don't know whether it's good or bad but I feel that sensation everytime I just chant Mahadev Ji's mantras! This connects me to Him! And I go on my journey😌 Har Har Mahadev♥️🧿✨🙇🏻

    I think that if a person has unblocked agaya chakra , he would have eternal clearity
    I don't think we can do that unless we give a significant amount of time to meditation and to self each day

      @@explorrytgamer6761 of course, what you presented is the appropriate, correct position. Us Christian use the position on our knees, but both position are physically impossible for me. I just sit on an armchair and pray, is similar to meditation. Thank you for sharing with us all around the word!

    the back does not need to be this straight, you can take support and sit . Do what works for you dont stress about the poster too much.. wht is important is your concentration
