- Autumn trail running in Utah is pretty epic. I grew up in Arizona, so never had a true appreciation for fall and this magical time of year. I return to this trail every fall and you'll see why in the video. The variety of trees and foliage makes for a beautiful kaleidoscope of color.
I made this video especially for my Dad, who at the moment can't be on the trails like I know he'd like to. He was planning to do another fall rim to rim at the grand canyon, but won't be able to until his respiratory system recovers. I wish that he could have been there with me, but I hope this cheers him up.
This is just one of many places in Utah where you'll be awestruck by fall colors. I hope this video encourages you to get out and enjoy your local trails wherever they may be.

I just came across your channel and subscribed! I'm a RunTuber from Colorado, but I have family in Utah (South Jordan, Sandy) and I lived in Provo and West Jordan while going to school. Are you living in Utah now? This last summer, I was able to run up Lone Peak (there's a video on my channel of that too). Great video and beautiful fall colors! Nice! I moved here 3 years ago from AZ. Love being in the mountains. Have not done Lone Peak yet, have done Timp, Pfeifferhorn, and a few others.

Definitely watch my video before you run it (self promoting plug) ;-) Unfortunately, I didn't have a love for running like I do now when I was living in Utah. There are so many cool trails right there in the mountains. When I visit my family, sometimes my brother and I will go run up Little cottonwood canyon.
