Very helpful Thanks! Today I'll complete my first 50 mile week in over two years, using mostly MAF training (135 bpm), training for a 26.2 this Oct. I hope to top out my training block with a few 70 mile wks. prior to race week. Good info. and straight-forward information. just subbed.
I've got a pretty good treadmill. However, I use it for just about 5% of my training. Do you think speedwork can be exclusively done on a treadmill? I've used it for some speedwork in the past.
Somehow missed this, so sorry for the late reply. Speedwork can be done exclusively on treadmill, but I wouldn’t fully recommend it. Best to train on what you race on. However, it is nice when you want to maintain a certain pace, add incline, etc.
no problem, sir. I don't feel you were late at all. I'll definitely take note of your suggestions as I further continue on through my training block. Thanks so much for the advice.
Thanks for sharing! Love learning about how to be successful in planning my weekly mileage 👍
Great video. Very informative. 👍 Love the new intro! 💕
