Ciao Antonio, sì sarebbe stato possibile, ma dal momento che per affilarla serve mantenere un certo angolo con la pietra, diventa una questione di abitudine e di manualità appresa. Per questo io l’ho rimontata, perché sono abituato ad affilarla così, dato che lo faccio più volte al giorno. 🙂
