Alhamdulilah, the fact that you are even able to recognize that UA-cam is a big distraction for you is an amazing first step, you did most of the hard work!!
Don't beat yourself up about it but ask yourself, "How can I make this easier for myself?"
Maybe try setting a specific amount of time in a day you use UA-cam?
Or make a promise with yourself that "IF I do use UA-cam, I will ONLY watch videos that will help me get closer to my goals & increase me in knowledge."
This is actually a promise I've made with myself that has helped me a lot! 😊
