I've tried using the cornish hen. it tastes slightly different. I would suggest using more garlic cloves. Be sure to add freshly cut scallions right before you eat.@@Emeraldwitch30

Most of the meals are healthy and would be ok in moderation. We don't know how much they are actually eating in most videos. Also, her mom works 12 hours a day so you can assume the dad still works as well. What do they do for a living? That could make a big difference in how much they can eat.
I was thinking the same! But there’s loads being published about highly-processed foods, and nothing they eat looks processed, so I believe you can eat more of it. Also, we never see them with desserts! (Or I haven’t yet)

You know sometimes its the little things a husband can do for his wife to show his appreciation. Him making all those noises and comments about how delicious the meal is throughout is actually really sweet. If my husband ate his dinner like that I would be more motivated to cook for him more because I know how much he loves my cooking, instead of just eating it in silence. 😢
