What brand of Resin do you use? When I try to make deeper pours like yours, it yellows because of heat. Thanks! Looks amazing!
He used Art'n'glow Clear Casting and Coating Epoxy Resin. He left the links to all materials he used down in the description box 😉
Also, the yellowing with resin can happen if you get the ratio of resin and hadener not exactly right.

I'd like to put by beloved deceased kitty's whiskers & my deceased dad's flowers in one of these
I did some for my mums funeral rose. Be careful, I used acryllic and it cooked some of the flowers. You have to choose your materials carefully
Whoa, cutting the resin with that cutter towards him made me nervous. Cut in the direction “away” from your body parts. Beautiful design though.
Interesting fact, idk where this artist is from but I do know that in the West we are taught to cut/slice/peel etc away from our bodies as to protect ourselves. But in japan carpenters in particular are taught to cut towards themselves as to protect others

Cutting/shaving the excess off towards himself, gives him better control. It avoids cutting too much and creating dings and dents along the edge 😉

They are all listed in the description. The white liquid is a resin dye/tint/pigment. You can get the tints in dozens of colors. Most tints are translucent. But, a few, like the white and some of the metallic colors, are opaque.

It looked like it was a 2:1 ratio. But, each brand of resin has different ratios. The directions on the resin will tell you how to mix it.

When I mix resin with hardener, it creates a lot of bubbles. How do you make your so clear?
It is normal for air bubbles to appear when mixing resin and hardener. You can place the mixed resin in warm water and wait for 20 minutes. You will find that the air bubbles disappear quickly 😊
