Incredible building for sure. The outdoor common areas are my favorite on island.
I remember when all that space was coral waste from dredging the channel into Honolulu harbor. Now it’s waste space for rich investors. Yuk.
Monthly association fees can range between $6-10k depending on the unit. That is on top of your mortgage.
The grand penthouse that recently sold for $27,500,000 has monthly fees of $10,248. Big numbers for sure.
