സത്യൻ മാഷിന്റെ ഓർമദിനം ആണെന്ന് ഞൻ അറിഞ്ഞില്ലായിരുന്നു സമയം കിട്ടുമ്പോളൊക്കെ ഞൻ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ചിത്രങ്ങൾ കാണാറുണ്ട് ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ കണ്ടത് മിടു മിടുക്കി

യഥാർത്ഥ സംഭവങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കി കെ. ജി. സേതുനാഥിന്റെ കഥയിൽ നല്ല പാട്ടുകളും അഭിനയവും സംവിധാനവുമുള്ള നിരവധി നാടകീയ രംഗങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
കോടതിയിൽ കേസ് കൊടുത്താൽ അവകാശങ്ങൾ നേടി എടുക്കാമായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷെ, ആത്മാർത്ഥ മായ സ്നേഹ വും, പ്രേമവും കിട്ടില്ല. അതിന് ആത്മാവിന്റെ സഹായം വേണം.

It was nice to watch a 50 year old movie that tells us the sad story of a girl
who had to suffer a lot in her life in order safe guard herself and her family
consisted of a married sister, brother and mother. In the end she even had
to sacrifice her life to save her sister's life.The girl Radha ( played by Sarada)
had to suffer in the hands of her sister's husband (Played by Kottarakkara)
who had an eye on her, as he wanted to marry her also . In the process, he
harasses Radha and her family and even send her sister back home by
claiming for the property and the house they were living in. There were
twists and turns in the story as Radha succeeds well to convince
Jagannath (hersister's husband) to accept back her Sister , but at the
cost of her (Radha) life. By the time Jagannath realises his follies, it was
too late . No one could bring Radha back to life again. Late Sathyan played
the role as Radha's lover and it was good to watch Sathyan playing the
role well. The role played by Kottarakkara turning out to be superb, so
also that of Sarada , she acted well as Radha , who had a pivotal role
to play, as it turned out to be brilliant. The dialogues were so good
so also the music by late Baburaj.
Theme in a nutshell suffice for anyone busy not able to see the film in full.1968 is the year I started seeing films while being a first year student for Pre Degree in the college at Thodupuzha.Anyhow,I couldn't see this film that year and hence doing reparations now seeing it.

Aa Kaalathu Atmahathyayirunnu " Miduku". Since it is said to be a true story, it cannot be changed but the title could have been different.
