Fun fact, if you start out in survival, and wait in a chair a bunch, you’ll get a bunch of debuffs… if you then do the special book dupe, you’ll get way more then just all 10 special perks.😁😁
@@narosbl7575 alrighty, so while you’re still in the house tutorial, put your game mode to survival. Play through the rest as you would (special point choices don’t matter) all the way until you clear out sanctuary with codsworth so you can access the workbench. Scrap enough so you can build a conveyer belt and a conveyer storage. Next, build a bed and a chair. Since you’re in survival you need to sleep to save so bed is needed, and the chair is to pass time and build special debuffs. Now for the exploit. 1) sleep in bed to save. 2) wait in chair for days until you build max fatigue, starvation, exhaustion etc… 3) sleep for only an hour as to save but not get rid of your debuffs. ((If you check your stats you should see special stats are negatives)) 4) do special book dupe until all stats are at “ten” but since they were negative they’ll be closer to 20-30😁 5) change game mode to whatever you want, keep in mind there’s no going back to survival once you change out!! Hope this is detailed enough man! Enjoy your over powered playthrough and extremely fast levels due to extremely high intelligence! Just have patience, this takes a while:) 😁👍
Hah! I did that, ended up with 20 Con and can sprint nearly indefinitely. Strength and agility didn't go off the rails like that, but I wonder if they would with chem addiction debuffs (I never use them)?
It helps to create a small square room so that when you drop the stuff it is all in one area so that you do not have to search for those ultra small items. Really wish the scrapping could be quicker.
The hours of play time I put into this game was ridiculous and the TV series is giving me nostalgia, I also did the exact same thing with the copper statues 🤣
How to get Cryolater at the start: Leave vault 111 go into red rocket befriend dogmeat Go back into vault 111 Go to room near Cryolater Talk with dogmeat and ask him find some items (tip if doesn't works : try when dogmeat at different places near Cryolater room)
does not work! That was patched during COVID we run Special Edition of Fallout 4 on Steam and if Dogmeat gets the Cryolater he will grab junk. You go to Combat Zone and get Cait or you level up your lockpick do not use Dogmeat to get the Cryolater your game will glitch.
I loved the building mechanic but after starting and deleting a dozen characters once they hit Lv 40 and I didn't like the faction or build I chose any more, scrapping Sanctuary sent me to the Mod section for some pre-scrapped settlement mods. 100% worth it
Fantastic video slick, just one caveat especially for ps5 users returning to the game, apparently the Automatron DLC causes the game to crash in a big way, Bethesda are releasing a patch along with the graphic updates on the 25/04/24. Hope this helps you and your followers out, good vibes my good fellow 👍
Make Molotov cocktails. It gives you the most xp and levels you up faster. Sleep and get well rested and you level up faster. You are already doing the dup glitch so you will have plenty of materials. If you want to make the most money to start with make jet. Then you can sell it until you can make stores and dup/scrap them. All of this is available without mods. The weapons store and the clinic are two of the best to do the dup glitch with. The caps will be in the work bench. Side note: look into the special duplication glitch and do it on survival. You will be a tank!
If you are going to get Well Rested to level up faster, you may as will change into Intel clothes. Road glasses, Ushanka hat, and Vault Tec lab coat gives +4 int. Likely some drugs too. Get the Idiot Savant perk. Even at high intel he still chimes in periodically.
Only thing I'd recommend differently is doing the baseball statues at Red Rocket Truck Stop. The build budget is lower and you can max it out faster. Which then allows to do a build scrap, build scrap, build scrap process. It also makes clean up a little easier as there's less statues, or you can just leave it as most rarely use that as a settlement and you can go back for some extra leveling anytime you want.

Did they ever fix the bugs for this game? With certain creation club items installed, the main quest can't be completed at all. There's a bug where players can't leave the vault, there's also one where Codsworth will just be parked outside the home and won't help search around Sanctuary. There's another bug where the door to the Virtibird won't open in Concord, and another bug at the Castle with Preston for the taking back the castle quest.
Just recently watched ur new Vegas guide for the 3rd time lol after I got it on pc now I’m ps5 trying the new update crazy how u knew they were going to do it a year ago and made this video love your guides better then anyone else man ❤❤

I apologize for being late in getting this awesome game as I have been a fan since the original Fallout that I was playing in MS-DOS 😮😂. At the beginning of the I used a lot of the scrap in Sanctuary to build simple items and get to level 12, so I feel like I am a bit behind in building a proper base. Your videos have been helpful in giving me focus on what to look for and make the game feel less intimidating. I was wondering if you’re doing these quests and visiting these places consecutively or are you doing anything off camera to level up or make the quests easier to dominate? I also viewed the video you made 3 years ago so forgive me if the question doesn’t make sense. Thanks again for taking the time to make this video. I know this game has been out for years so I appreciate when gamers revisit games.
There is nothing I do that I don't show in the video unless i say it like duplicating junk and actually walking to locations. My guides are usually always step by step exactly
Another helpful tip is the workbenches you find that aren't linked to your Settlement: Let's use Diamond City. There's a few Workbenches there and you can store your items in there without it resetting at all. You can essentially buy everything and store the items until you have the *Strong Back* perk. This also applies to any Workbench you find in the Wasteland as well. Just have to remember where it's located. I don't know if NPCs are able to access the items though. Haven't had a situation where anything went missing.
It’s hard to argue that this isn’t the best possible start. I was hoping to get insight into a strong starting SPECIAL, and how to proceed. I’ve done many builds, but I like other’s perspective. Currently, I’m doing a build in Survival mode. A challenge run, where I cannot use any aid items, except to fix fatigue states from thirst or hunger. Also, no companions/dog. And no power armor. I’m at lvl29. So I guess you could say I proved I could. I’m continuing, though, because the playstyle is unlike anything I’ve done before. Basically, only perks. Good luck with more Fo4. This one was ridiculous.
Great video, I didn't know there was a re-release. The water towers are nice, seen someone running a modded game with some like them. I wasn't able to finish the game on XBox due to CTDs every time I went into downtown Boston (even with the fps fix mod).
@@edmartin875 For some reason my last response disappeared, I'll try again with the hope I don't leave anything out. Yeah, I say Crash To Desktop though I shouldn't when referring to playing on XBox. If you're playing Fallout 4 on console, the game may become unplayable due to Bethesda doing a horrible job at optimization. Due to the limitations on mods for them, unfortunately there's may not be a fix that makes it playable. I swapped to PC about two years ago and was able to finish the main story. Thanks for sharing this content. I mucked around in Fallout 4 on Steam for about a year. Wandering, dying, collecting, dying... Basically, a total waste. This would have absolutely made it a 100 % better experience. Please continue to provide new content as the re-release and TV (do people still call it that?) Series hit their stride, Mil-lions on people will seek and find answers and YOU are poised to make a difference. DON'T CHANGE A THING! I'm serious. Presentation, technology, pitch, dialogue, pace... NO-THING! Rock on!
Bro this was amazing. I’m just about to start this game for the first time. Will definitely be trying to do all of this. I definitely Subscribed. Thanks for the tips.10/10
You can go higher than 10 with special skills.. get up to 10.. then you change to survival difficulty.. wait 7 days in a chair and then you duplicate special books again. Take any Chem debuffs you can while doing this.. once you get your skills to 10 again, switch difficulty back to very hard, easy w/e and bam.. all your special stats are at least 15
one you duplicate resources, your better off starting making Jet to level up -2 ingredients at a chemistry station. can be easily carried and sold anywhere, weight is 0.1- also, for good XP after that, mines and grenades can level you up quickly - easier than travelling to get bronze statues. - I also usually just completely ignore preston and grab the bobblehead and power Armor, you need to even engage with them.
Getting all your stats maxed is nice but inless i do a run that needs fusion cores i dont lvl intelligence very far, because i use idiot savant all the time best for quick saving and reloading a save to get huge XP boosts i did one time when pressing the button for the end of the Main story I believe i got around 7k xp😅
Quick tip that may be useful for some: when duping your items.. when you drop them they will drop in the last size you duplicated them as so if you drop them and pick them up then drop them again you only have to dupe the one item rather then like 6 or 7 or whatever.
Wanted to add for the duplicate special book if u make another conveyor storage whit a belt and a hopper this will turn the duplicate much faster this is the 2ed character I’ve done this guide with and everything works still
Probably it's from a dlc...if u don't have dlc it's alright. Just go to decoration and then u will have to go all the way at the end and keep building the last mat over and over again (6 cloth)
I like to pick a crappy settlement that I know I will never build on like Murkwater and take all my cheap weapons and scrap them there and bring the components back to Sanctuary. That way you won't have to abuse the build meter at your occupied settlements. I recommend only doing this once or twice at your favorite settlements, more than that you are risking some serious lag issues if you abuse this technique.
A hundred likes from me ❤ this is a great video to start I was almost suffering in the game it literally shortened the time of farming 😭 THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
I think that starting the game as you suggest by making an overpowered character gives no pleasure playing Fallout4 because there is no challenge anymore. Maybe even get a few creation club stuff, I only have the free stuff in it plus one or two ive bought. Those settlement creations look awesome in your builds
Im excited to replay fallout 4 on my first gaming laptop with the enclave power armour
hope you have a good time bro
Know any good gaming laptops?

Fun fact, if you start out in survival, and wait in a chair a bunch, you’ll get a bunch of debuffs… if you then do the special book dupe, you’ll get way more then just all 10 special perks.😁😁
Can you explain with more detail? Pleaseee
Just have patience, this takes a while:) 😁👍
@@pepto843 OMG! Thank u so much. I’ll try in my new run because sounds really crazy.
Thanx man!
Hah! I did that, ended up with 20 Con and can sprint nearly indefinitely. Strength and agility didn't go off the rails like that, but I wonder if they would with chem addiction debuffs (I never use them)?
@@_itsallahoax does that mean you can potentially get 30 settlers?
It helps to create a small square room so that when you drop the stuff it is all in one area so that you do not have to search for those ultra small items. Really wish the scrapping could be quicker.
The hours of play time I put into this game was ridiculous and the TV series is giving me nostalgia, I also did the exact same thing with the copper statues 🤣
God sake now I have to restart. Amazing video very inspiring... Also love the medicine ball reference at the end
Glad you liked it!
3:38 for dup junk
10:17 for dup special
Playing ps4 version and I can't do the things that's being done here...
How to get Cryolater at the start:
Leave vault 111 go into red rocket
befriend dogmeat
Go back into vault 111
Go to room near Cryolater
Talk with dogmeat and ask him find some items (tip if doesn't works : try when dogmeat at different places near Cryolater room)
does not work! That was patched during COVID we run Special Edition of Fallout 4 on Steam and if Dogmeat gets the Cryolater he will grab junk. You go to Combat Zone and get Cait or you level up your lockpick do not use Dogmeat to get the Cryolater your game will glitch.
I run this game on Steam and it just worked for me two days ago!
It worked for me in December 2023. It's now 18 Feb 2024 and no glitch yet. @@geomodelrailroader
The marine armour is my personal favourite
Dude you're a genius when it comes to elder scrolls and fallout. Awesome work again.
I loved the building mechanic but after starting and deleting a dozen characters once they hit Lv 40 and I didn't like the faction or build I chose any more, scrapping Sanctuary sent me to the Mod section for some pre-scrapped settlement mods. 100% worth it
The commentary is hilarious. 😂 gna start Fallout 4 this week after the ps5 update. Useful tips especially for the base building!
I'll let younin on a secret. I'm already working on a best start specifically for settlement builders
I love your videos. They’re entertaining and they allow me to enjoy my favorite games to the fullest. Thank you for everything you do.
How good is a game when you've played the same game for years and you still NEVER came across some areas, enemies, weapons AND even building your own robot army.
Thank you for the content!
I'm currently on a new playthrough and this run has put mine to shame 😭😂😂
Great video, you've really put alot thought n effort into this, n yes your shelf stacking is completely awesome. Thanks for sharing
That's the Tunnel snakes add on make sure it's not installed at the begging with Preston
This is the content I’ve been looking for!
hell yeah bro! enjoy!
Just recently watched ur new Vegas guide for the 3rd time lol after I got it on pc now I’m ps5 trying the new update crazy how u knew they were going to do it a year ago and made this video love your guides better then anyone else man ❤❤
Just restarted the whole game because of this.
Hell yeah enjoy buddy!
I’m literally playing this game for the first time ever since it came out I was into other games when this came out same type just never this specific one and you e helped me a lot man much appreciated this game is a fun as hell I enjoy it
Amazing how people figure all these things out. I personally don't like to glitch, so the struggle is real lol
This opened my eyes to so many possibilities.
Thank you.
18:00 “Come inside, I’m not gonna hold your hand…” I LOST IT 🤣🤣🤣
I’ve always liked your videos man they always get me excited to play Bethesda games cause you make the grind so much easier
Thanks, man, that's why I'm here!
Another helpful tip is the workbenches you find that aren't linked to your Settlement:
Let's use Diamond City.
Bro this guys is so chill and funny 😂😂 love people like this guy I’m subbing for sure
Can you get survival mode on console by any chance
@@I_got_some_jellybeans I got Survival Mode on my PS4 copy of the Game of the Year edition Fallout 4.
@@christophercollins3632 that’s good then because I have the same copy
I was waiting for this vid 🔥 about to play though fallout 4 for the first time but I waited because the poll you posted! You’re the man man
Looking like a straight up menace in the thumbnail
I literally started playing fallout 4 yesterday for the first time ever! This video is insane! Thank you!!
Great video, I didn't know there was a re-release. The water towers are nice, seen someone running a modded game with some like them. I wasn't able to finish the game on XBox due to CTDs every time I went into downtown Boston (even with the fps fix mod).
CTDs ??? Are you talking about Crashes ? I started crashing in downtown Boston about a year ago. Now I crash all over the map.
This video will help if you're playing on computer watch?v=vqRCNL5Ui88&t=826s
There are similar videos for console here on YT.
The xs update has fixed everything
I wish the onyx paint was still available, its definitely the coolest paintjob
It is. I started playing one month ago and I have it.
I had it and a bunch of other stuff from CC, then a crash made it necessary to uninstall and reinstall and I lost everything I had from CC. @@starfoxBR77
I am in awe, this is Hundreds of playing hours.
Amazing video thanks. Just got back into Fallout after a long break, this will help alot.
After watching your fantastic video I now know I new absolutely nothing about Fallout 4 and have been running around virtually naked, how do you know all this stuff, this has been a revolution to me and I will follow this to the letter , thanks.
Bro I played to much. Lol! Last I checked 90 days played
@@GameVibzMason I'm only in 9 hours 😂
Dude...I started playing it 2 days ago and now I can't get off the game.. 😂...it's an awesome game
Hell yeah!
This video was much better than I expected
I’m definitely using this later
Thank you
Thanks for sharing this content. NO-THING! Rock on!
man thank you so much! it means the world to me reading comments like this! i planned this shit for the show lol
We need continuation of this Particular run, imagine decimating entire game
Your an artist. Straight up. An a very talented one. I wish I could explore your save. It's like a whole new vibe.
I can’t believe I’ve been playing this game on and off for 9 years! I must be mad
great new video as always, king. we appreciate you!!
One of the best thing I did this time around on this game. All the robots are doing supply line.
I love coming to your videos dude!
Hope you're good! ❤
I literally snorted out my Pepsi when I heard you say "I'm not gay Danse." this is literally the best entertainment I got in a Best Start video!
Quick tip that may be useful for some: when duping your items.. when you drop them they will drop in the last size you duplicated them as so if you drop them and pick them up then drop them again you only have to dupe the one item rather then like 6 or 7 or whatever.
Does the power armor companion effect the lone wander perk?
Great question probably not
Alright thxs ❤
I already run around with 2 companions, that would make it 3. I hope it works that way. I use them mostly for pack mules.
No joke i had no idea you could do all this in this game until i played 76 and they kinda tell you about it....i was so used to new vegas
I can’t find the fertiliser or crystal
You forget to ring the bell to make the people chillout they all go to sit around.
im really enjoying this video haha
Hell yeah
Wanted to add for the duplicate special book if u make another conveyor storage whit a belt and a hopper this will turn the duplicate much faster this is the 2ed character I’ve done this guide with and everything works still
Where is rubber mat?!
Probably it's from a dlc...if u don't have dlc it's alright. Just go to decoration and then u will have to go all the way at the end and keep building the last mat over and over again (6 cloth)
I love your Skyrim guides and now this fallout guide epic
Starfield up next
Scrap store doesnt work anymore
It does. Takes a sec to get it down. Have been doing it today
it does i just did it
yeah also to read them drop the on the ground and pick them up 1 at a time. i only drop 3 st a time on the belt when i try duping
I got it to work, the “you’re special” on the other hand, can’t get it to work, lol
Wait there is a build meter?! How did I miss that lol
I feel like this takes all the fun out of it you lose a sense of accomplishment
I feel the opposite lol! I just want to enjoy the game and that starts at lol 50
What is the point of going in the beginning of the game with all SPECIAL maxed, being lvl 42, with all the ammos and guns ? Where is the joy of accomplishments in the game when everything is fast and easy ? Your walkthrough makes the game boring.
