It was interesting. I suggest using a hook with a T shape for hanging the meats. you can stick each edge of it to the wall of the barbecue when you are going to turn the meat. it increases the speed of the operation and working also becomes easier.

the part i think most people don't understand, though, is the making of the charcoal itself. how it was white and sounded almost like glass or ice. the japanese have a similar charcoal. it takes forever to chop those tiny pieces, so i guess the price of the food must be higher
