Question, I'm building a brand in a niche which may be viewed as semi saturated, but I do believe there is a gap for improvement and room to be the best in that niche. Do you have any other advice on narrowing down to a more specific level as I feel I can't niche down much further. Thanks!!
I would just start and not worry about the saturation of it. Make your brand the best and have a unique perspective and really connect with people (humor can go a long way for example)
