Sony Slow and Quick- S&Q setup quide for a7siii and a6400

On most of the new Sony cameras today there is a mode called Slow and Quick (S&Q) that allows you to slow down to 120fps and speed up to x24 times faster for time-lapses. Its really as easy as turning the dial to S&Q and thats all you have to do to get epic slow motion and great time-lapses. check out how i set up my cameras to be able to switch quick between slow motion and fast motion.

Bro, maybe I'm just dense, but I've never heard of the S&Q mode! Hopefully the A7iv has this when it eventually releases! The S&Q sequence at the beginning was dope! That carnival looked so fun! Just found your channel, I love it. Subbed!

Well the a7iii had it and most of the Sony cameras from the last few years have it so I would definitely guess the a7iv will have it too. It’s just a really quick way to record slow or time lapses that record that way in camera

So using the A6400 in S & Q mode, it only shoots in 1080p ?

Yes. That camera doesn’t shoot any slow motion in 4k. I also dont think it does “quick” Timelapse’s in 4k. I’d have to check that again though
