@@bradmay1030 tbh, i like it that the fact its a “Beatle guitar” and i’ve always wanted it for a long time, however, playing it, its not as deep bass like my J45 standard. Both are similar in finishes (vintage sunburst), x bracing, solid spruce top, and mahogany B&S. The only features that make the J160e stand out is the trapezoid fretboard inlays, compared to the dots on the J45, wider headstock, and bound neck. I do like it though, but the J45 had more soul and was definitely more affordable than the J160E. However, I’m not able to play it now since i’m in the military training now. But when i’m done oh, i’ll play it some more! Will post a video of it when i’m back home!

I know that feeling when you received your Gibson J45 and you just want to play! I ordered my J45 a couple years ago and then sold it for a J160E.

I have one. Then had to have a Southern Jumbo Original. Then 6 months later, got a Hummingbird Original. Now looking at the new J45 custom in Ebony..
I've got an old Hummingbird I bought in a pawn shop in 1976, love that guitar.

They gave me a case without a guitar, we spent the afternoon straightening it out.
