800$ per rent (and it's not even *that* luxury as others that actually cost 600-800$) is extremely expensive. but airbnb is a big scam -.- I get it...!!
I wanted to move to bkk and after seeing your video and doing some research, the city is definitely not cheap in the SEA !!😢.. i am living in Malaysia, right on the center of KL golden triangle and not some subs and definitely kl beats bkk by a big margin.. The price you pay for your one bedroom unit can have you a big two bedrooms (1400 sqfeet) in bukit bintang kl and also you don't have the funny massage parlors or sleazy bars that populated bkk 😅.. But of course the "fun" here isn't certainly not the same as in bkk especially for those who want to have those 😂.. Great video btw 👍
Very good video! $1600 USD sounds great to me (that is half of my monthly rent here in San Francisco😅), and Asok is a very nice area.
Your condo unit like a one bedroom plus, it's so nice and functional.
Thank you so much for this detailed cost breakdown!
My pleasure ☺️
Great video thank you for the transparency, thumbs up 👍
That's the gym at Life Asoke Rama 9. I worked out there before with my 2 girlfriends who lived there. Nice rooftop pools as well.
Your skin looks great. please post your beauty maintenance. Thanks! 😊
$1,581 is so affordable for living in Bangkok for expats. I think $2,000 USD a month is reasonable.
Great video. Can't wait to finally move.

expensive!!! what job do you do?
Can you explain to me the price of a luxury condos or apartment.
Does the bathroom have sewage gas smell? How is the air quality in Bangkok? Are there alot of mosquitoes?
Air quality isn’t the best but I didn’t have any issues with mosquitoes. I think it depends on where you’re going
Does it flood in the Asoke area ?
Didn’t experience it even during the rainy season so i guess it’s alright
@@DianHuang OK, Thanks, Do you know of any honest condo agents there in Bangkok ?
what happened to $300 a month!
I don’t think $300 is realistic anymore 😅 at least not in Bangkok
Yeah what happened with 300? 800 no way, i think you can find a 250.00 in pattaya also and its good
Thats waaay too much rent for such a small condo, it should not cost more than 10k
If you book directly from local for longterm I’m sure you can get it around 15k-20k but I’m not sure about 10k now in this area of Bangkok
@@DianHuang Yes 15-20k might be more realistic.
Share nama condo dong mb

Rent can go lower if you rent longterm. I was only there for couple months so had to book on airbnb
Bangkok Thailand cost of living very low. Dubai Better city
Phuket is much better than Dubai.
