In this episode, we follow the UK's international pro bodybuilder Rene Campbell, who eats the same high-calorie meal every three hours, seven days a week-and that’s just in her "off season." We spend a day with Rene as she cooks up two weeks’ worth of chicken, rice, and eggs; stocks up on her supplements; and shows her male training partners how it’s done at the gym.

I'm not sure what OP meant, so I won't put words in his mouth, but personally I don't "approve" of this either in the sense that this extreme calorie counting, meal prepping, hours on end in the gym, longterm seem like you'd end up having something like...exercise addiction? they say any sports that requires huge muscle endurance and strength have one thing in common, they need to eat even when they don't want to after training and eating is the hardest part, not the training.
Some people can be too exhausted to take anything in after high intensity workout, and they still need to eat big. So one of the solution is to put all the food into blender and drink it after it blended, cannot say it is tasty and it leaves disgusting aftertaste.

I’m a competitive bodybuilder - I also drink a lot of my meals, I pretty much eat the same foods all year round and have done for years. We eat the same, sleep properly, drink entirely water. We train hard and keep our heads down and don’t bother anyone , we are NOT natural but we don’t take as much gear as people think, it depends how high in the ranks you are to be honest. I haven’t drank alcohol in 11 years, I’m 30 years old.
It takes dedication to do what we do, we get a lot of hate and I don’t know why.
Most people's concern for people taking steroids is just for their heart health. There's no issues to me so long as the woman is okay with side effects (deeper voice, body hair, etc.), but going overboard (as with anything) can be harmful. As long as you're getting your checkups with the doctor, it's no big deal!

@@TR1M. your rate of muscle growth exponentially decreases as years go by whether you're consistent or not and your body will eventually hit a wall representing your natural potential for muscle growth. This wall usually occurs after 8-10 years of lifting. After this, this is where anabolic steroids come in.

Essentially everyone in the top level injects crap into their bodies while pushing their body fat to dangerously low levels and dehydrating themselves to make their muscles look more defined. Bodybuilders do _not_ have the "ideal" body as someone might tell you, and you should never strive to look like them.
