If you want to improve the flavor I suggest you to put garlic (peal it and cut into small piece OR don't cut it, put inside your cup and before serving take it out), then you put the tomatoes and LOT of basil (fresh basil guys ALWAYS fresh basil!! XD)... And finally you have to put olive oil. You can set it aside while you are doing something else, and the basil, tomatoe (salt and pepper of course) will marinate with the oil. And that is veryyyyyyy good. Try it and let me know!!!

For my oil free peeps : Use a whole banana and leave out the oil. You will need to use a little oil on the pan, but if you don’t want to just make them silver dollar pancakes and run your spatula around them so they don’t stick. I tried this and it was delish!

I love love love these recipes and the video because they are vegan yet you don't have to go out and buy these crazy vegan ingredients. Most of these items I already have at home. Thank you!

Here's a lil advice for the toasts (my mom is Sicilian and it made me cringe) : -toast the bread before dressing not after, that way you still have the fresh of the tomatoes -after toasting the bread you're supposed to rub a glove of garlic against the bread. -at the end you drizzle some olive oil. Have a nice day :)
my best advice is to eat until you are satisfied :). It really depends on each individual person and their needs! For myself, I usually eat a lot for breakfast because that's what fuels me for the day, so these recipes are a good hearty breakfast size!

wow. yum!! i've been doing breakfast potatoes lately too, fried with mushrooms, kale and topped with green onion, avocado and hot sauce. soo good.
I also drink green tea when I first get up (after a quick 10 minute morning workout) I love green tea. i feel weird when I skip drinking it!

HugmeGuys I think part of it might be due to the food being very low in fat, and higher in carbohydrates which burn faster with exercise!
I don't really believe in high carb low fat diets.. I don't know, i guess she's kinda blessed with a high metabolism lol
