At Home Core Workout For Beginners - 15 Minutes

  • Опубліковано 29 сер 2024
  • Hey Guys ❤️,
    A nice little core workout for you to do on it's own or add onto another workout! Less than 15 minutes, it's comprised of 6 exercises done back to back with no rest (although if you need one just pause the video)! 3 rounds with 1 minute rest in between each!
    Just a quick note on core workouts. It is really important to train your core to be strong and functional to support your body, avoid back pain and help with your posture, however, endless core exercises will not give you visible abs unless you have a low body fat %. Having shredded abs isn't the focus of this workout, but nevertheless it is always worthwhile training your core! I hope you enjoy

    You really seem to understand what it’s like to be a beginner. It felt like you got me, but still pushed me further. You’re the perfect coach to be honest. You’re inspiring and have the ability to teach people who aren’t at the same level as you. I’m so grateful for this workout and really wish you could get back to posting these workouts!

      Yeah. I’m currently not consistent, but there was progress when I used to do these exercises. I think progress is more noticeable and effective at first so that’s encouraging!

    Hi Lucy, love your workouts. Just one sugggestion - the rest should be timed so that we know if we can get a sip of water or move around or not... Maybe a clock ticking by on the side?

    We appreciate this amazing content in these difficult times ❤️ Just one note, it would be helpful if the length of the exercise was more than 30 seconds, even if the total workout would end up lasting more than 15 minutes, since it is not easy to pause the video between each exercise. Anyway, thank you so much again for making exercise accesible!

    Lucy thank you so much for these workouts! I've really let myself go and struggled with getting discouraged to the point of not even trying because of how much weight I need to lose to get back to normal. I'm a beginner and have no control over my body so watching your videos have been very motivating for me (all of them not just this one) and trying the workouts are definitely really hard but doable! Hey Lucy! I love your workouts because of how you explain the postures and I don't feel like I'm being rushed through each exercise. One issue that I have when working out is breathing. I don't know when to breathe in and when to breathe out. Sometimes i end up holding my breath. Could you add a little tip in your workouts to help with this?

    • @shreyoshibhattacharya5452
      @shreyoshibhattacharya5452 4 роки тому

      No you keep breathing, it's important
      For exercises that require you to hold a certain position for an amount of time, breathe normally
      For exercises, where you are moving your body, you take deep breaths usually you inhale when you go up and exhale when you go down!!!

    You do awesome workouts but could you do them as follow along where you describe the positioning of the exercise and show us a couple of times before going into the reps and also time it and tell us when we are done and changing into the new position? Its hard to get into the flow of the workout when your having to stop rewind rewatch then do a couple of reps and now youved moved on.

    • @girl_on_fire_x_x
      @girl_on_fire_x_x 4 роки тому +13

      Hi Sylvia.
      All exercise has the potential to burn fat when you are consistent with your diet. In order to burn fat you need to create a calorie deficit either by eating less or increasing your exercise (preferably both). You cannot, however, spot reduce fat. Fat comes off overall and the manner in which you lose weight is often down to many factors, including genetics. Often belly fat is the last to go unfortunately.
      Hope this helps a little.
