I started following you about a year and a half ago and am starting to go back through your channel to revisit all of your workouts. I see my comment below about being recently postpartum and doing these. These little bite-sized workouts are just as challenging now as they were then and I appreciate all the time you've taken to give out such useful, free information. Your channel isn't like anything I've seen on the internet! Keep it up, I'm loving your style
Thank you SO much for this! I have been eating up your content and you have me super excited about calisthenics! I love your mentality toward working out and your opening line in this video made me go "Yes! This is it!". I'm currently trying to undo 4 years of having a mostly desk job! I hadn't realized how immobile I had become. I am in my late 20's now and though a part of me feels I'm too "old" to be really fit again I will ignore that and continue moving!! Currently concentrating on the basics - pull-ups, push-ups, dips rows and feeling the difference already after probably only 6 weeks. Your videos are great for both information and inspiration!
Wasnt gonna workout today because im still sore from your other workout but I couldn’t help myself. This one felt good! And thank you for adding stretches I often forget to stretch and then cramp up or get super sore and most youtubers dont remind you to stretch

Hey, those look like Thompson Okanagan hills! Just found your channel yesterday, and so stoked I did! I have been looking for a kind of fitness to help with my mobility and strength, and this looks looks like it! I too always wanted to be a gymnast, but growing up in a small town in the BC interior, it just wasn't an option then. I spent many days in the yard trying to do splits and handstands, and I miss that! Looking forward to getting fit and strong! 😁

I started out with random Pilates and a bit of strengthening here and there, during Covid, at age 43. Now, I have started my Calisthenics journey, systematically, a few weeks ago.
Good thing about starting with sports above the age of 40, you don’t feel that your best years, physically speaking, have gone by.
I have always had weak muscles and never moved my body, and now I am already stronger than ever before, and excited to see how far I can get.
I was just thinking we do this in Pilates !
Yeah, a strong core is about tge one thing I am already good at when doing Calisthenics.

I have a serious question. Do you fitness content creators, when you don't film, put on full dress fitness clothes when you do this short couple minutes workouts?
