What I like to do when I start lessons, while they’re trotting or just about to do a hard move I tell them that it’s okay to mess up and if they have any questions or if they want to stand out they can ask me and stuff 🙃🙂

I'm just gonna point out... Sorry... But you shouldn't change speed in a circle if you need to close the gaps then you turn your horse inward and if you need to expand a gap you turn your horse out.. Slowly btw your not just gonna do an expand or something just like tilt your horses nose in.... Anyways that's all, Idk if that made sense, aha... :')
Many people say: Oh dressage clubs are so serious! They are not all the time, sometimes if u are instructing u need to be serious and not joke all the time.
The dressage instructor I have for my club is serious when instructing most of the time, but she tries to incorporate a little muck around so people have at least a little bit of fun :)
i recently started a club about hunter jumper/showjumping but i've only been riding for a few years irl and i don't know as much as a few of the members in my club, i don't want to be a bad instructor but i don't want it to be boring for the people who are more advanced than me, does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do?
in the club im in its kinda confusing. the owner has made me riding intructor, yet on our practises she wants to instruct and never lets me do it. And one of our new members didnt know absolutely anything. She didnt know what trot and canter is, and how to keep the horse from going to a lower gait( ya know that red flashing thingie when ur horse gets tired and u need to press ''W'' or the up arrow to keep it going). And she was getting mad, and her other friend which is not a riding intructor neither experienced, took over and then left bcz she couldnt handle it and I trained the girl and now she is very decent, but they have no patience and dont really understand how important it is to have a specific job in the club. For example she has changed the club roles 8467538756387 times. She had made me leader, riding intructor, champion, then leader again and now riding instructor. But overall i really like the club even tho we are small they are my friends, although recently they started drama with another club which kinda annoyed me bcz it was so unecessary but i apologised to the other club's owner and now we are fine..
But what if your few members of the club don't want to go on discord because they're shy or something? And, also, in my lessons, I have to write every single thing down, which is kinda annoying 😢😅

I do not like to give instructions because I am always afraid someone feels ordered around. I don’t like my voice, I’m always afraid someone is laughing about it, I mean why should they do this but I don’t know. I don’t want to be like this. I don't want to be like that. Does anyone have any good advice on how I can get over something like this? I'm also not good at explaining😂😂 Help😂

I also found that if u want to own a dressage club maybe to learn more dressage moves ( this is what I did).
