- Hey guys! It's Snow, and welcome back to my channel! So today as a partly successful club owner, I will be discussing some tips for future or ongoing club owners as well as some tips for applying for clubs. Sorry for not being active lately! I'll start posting once every week!

Personally, I feel that when picking a name something that is professional, eye-catching, original and something associated with the club itself. I always think: "What's a name that my members will be proud to have displayed above their heads?"

I just made a club named Day Dreamers United we will be doing dressage, Western, Reining, jumping, fashion shows, etc
In the first 30 minutes to a hour I got five members so I think this club will actually work 😆✌🏻🥰

I'm watching this despite the fact that I own a fairly successful club. Never give up! I remade my club, Dark Water, 3 or 4 times before we got a rise. Even if you already own a club, I recommend watching videos like this to get more ideas and keep yourself informed on what you can do to make your club solid, consistent and much better all around.

I literally just decided to make my own club ( Pink Monkeys ) we wear black and pink. And we are a dressage club, but we also just hang out, i literally spent a week planning it. I’m not allowed discord, but i have instagram so I’ve made it so only players with insta can actually join , bc that is gonna be how we communicate. I spent a whole day going round Star Stable asking what people would like to see in a club, and my rules are really strict and I’ve made it so if you break a rule depending on what was broken you either get kicked out or a strike and depending on how many strikes you have you get kicked out. Best club I’ve ever made!
Our club is named Heavy Progress, and is a music (Metal/Rock/Punk) and band Inspired ridingclub. Therefore Heavy suits quite well:) Our cluboutfit is a bright blue and black outfit (the saddle blanket is the rock blanket from jarla crüe, just to put it in perspective) :D

Nice video! Very informative. I personally don’t have star-rider, so I don’t play very much and I’m not really a star-rider pro yet, but I plan on starting to play more, once I get the star-rider.
But there’s one thing, that I (despite never owning a club) want to add/say.
You said in the video that if you own a club, you should be more active than the members, which would very good, yes. But the reality is that you really can’t be active everyday, and maybe even every week. I know I couldn’t, because sometimes I have other things to do and other games to play - and I’m sure a lot of other people have too.
What I wanted to say was, that you shouldn’t worry so much about begin more active, because if you have other things to do, it could put you under too much pressure. It’s good ofc to be active as much as possible, but I don’t think you should dedicate your whole life just to the club.
If you’re a person who doesn’t have all the time in the world, I recommend you tell your members from the start, that you might be un-active for a while sometimes. It would also be good if you find a friend or a trustworthy member to look after the club while you deal with your personal life.
That’s what I think would be the best, but everyone has their own bests, so just try to modify the club to suit your needs as well as your members - that’s my advice.

Everyone kicks me out of their clubs because they all have to have a special dressage horse and a uniform but I’m new and don’t have star rider so they kick me out 😭🥺

np Snow! im new to making clubs, i just made a club a few weeks ago, and u inspired me not to disband the club after some people left the club
My club is called spring ladies. It’s not my club, but i am the club leader! We keep loosing members and we only have 9 members now! We have disco and we are a dressage club. I am thinking of making a yt channel for spring ladies! I luv the club and we always have fun. I will never ever leave the club unless she disbanded it! So if u ever see one of us just say to us, Hey could I join spring ladies? We will always welcome u! (Unless the club is full)
Here are some tip:
1. Try to have discord.
Discord is very helpful for dressage, club meetings and events! It makes it SOOO much easier. People may swear or something but u will probably have to get used to that!
2. Have a club uni and club horse!
Having a club uni shows that “this is my club” and also for competitions it would be really great! Also the same with a club horse.
3. Don’t make random people leaders or champions!
Making just and random person in your club,club leaders or champions then the wouldn’t have deserved it. And other people will keep on asking u to be a champion or leader! The need to work for it and be pretty good friends to become a leader but champions, they need to work for it and stuff!
4. Try be active
People like clubs that are active! That means that there would be more events.. Also more people would join, and more stuff to do!
5. MAKE A CALENDAR
If u don’t make a proper calendar then everyone will forget what time To go on and do stuff.

My most successful club had a couple of co-owners, even thought it was successful it wasn't the best. It had drama, I favored people, and there was no interview. My current club is probably my most favorite. The idea of it is a rescuing horses, while still following the average rrp theme. The name is catchy, Helpful Hooves, and has an application. We require discord and Instagram and I have stricter rules. We may be small now, but honestly I like all the members we have and we call on a regular basis.
This is really helpful, I own a club called: Emerald Roses but it’s not going smooth so this is very great ♡︎♥︎♡︎
My club is called Gold Ladies. We have a white, black, and red outfit. We do dressy, youtube filming, hangout typed activities, and we MIGHT start doing like some liberty. The tips i have are: be a nice owner, be silly sometime but not too silly that people want to leave, have fun events, dont get serious in dressy and liberty and other events because if you get too mean your club will fall apart.
I made a club called Frost Knights, our club outfit is gray and like a muted blue if that makes any sense. I think it’s very important that you know what you want to do, it was a dressage club till I had issues come up and changed it to a hangout club. I also think it’s best to learn from mistakes like I did. Ty for this video it’s very helpful!

I made a club called Thunder Foals and i really hoped it'll work out - not like the other club i've made befor - .Blue Birds Team, it was a club that no one is active and i gave up on it...
I’m in a club call called ‘ Bad Brothers ‘. I personally want to stay in it because 1. it is well planned out for example a nice club outfit, nice dressage, and much more! 2. It doesn’t have a wonky name, it feels serious. 3. Everything about it lol. I just love this club!

One of my friends say to me”No offense but I have more members then you” I really didn’t care because I really feel like her club is not active. I have so many amazing people in my club and I’m so great full to have them there for me

I have really bad anxiety but wanted to own a club as previous clubs have inspired me and I love making new friends(luckily my friend in sso was happy to help me make it) our club is called Friday Bears and we have a yellow theme to show joy and happiness 💞 unfortunately there’s loads of clubs on UF but I really hope we have a good time even if we only get a few members heh x

*REPUTATION AND RULES*
Your club's reputation. I'm not saying popularity is the key, but (this goes along with rules and info), members may think it's okay to run wild breaking rules. They will start drama, which will lower your club's reputation and could lead to being ignored, disbanding, or even members leaving.
*NAME AND OUTFIT*
Name. You can't have a name like, Snow City, and have a red outfit. Where does that match? Having a blue, or even snow-themed uniform would be great, along with a name that can be themed red.

I made about three clubs before. The names were pretty good. one dressage club called Ocean Whispers one western club called Western Roses Legacy and another dressage club which I forget the name of. And I got quite a few people to join. in all the clubs except for the one club I forget the name of. I disband all the clubs though. Even though the members said they would show up to practice, they never did they might like show up every once in a while but they like never did. And the western club was targeted by bullies.

I made my club Wild Cats Crew and I am very strict on rules, but I do lead it with 2 other people. And those two are twins, (irl) so they're super close xD and we're also all really good friends. They're also 15, and I'm 9 xD wait sorry ten oof my bday's like in 2 days :D
I had an old club i didn't own it but my club owner was sick and kind she was on once a week I was getting fed up there was five members so I left and made my own on server unicorn forest wild cowgirls agency in one day I got 43 members the day I made it I was so happy I gave them four weeks to get cob outfit you could use any horse for seven weeks I love my club I'm on Sso 27-7 and I give 2 lessons with my memebership every day if they are late because of something I don't mind and once I had a really mean member she made everyone cry straight after she made a kind member cry I kicked her out I use discord in my club we have free days 2 times a week and Eva I love ur you tube channel the end

Is Night Comets Union a good name? The club outfit is white and black, and the horse is the app variation of the knabstrupper. It’s a dressage club. I’ve done everything I can to make it more professional, but I don’t have discord and UA-cam (although I’m planning on UA-cam soon).

Hey! I didn't steal any ideas I thought of them being a club owner myself, but the fact that she said them too just proves my points are true ;))
Tip: use 3 strikes so if someone breaks the rule on purpose they get a strike. After 3 strikes give them one last warning and they get kicked if they don't listen. Please don't give them a strike if they didn't know about the rule and then have them read through the rules for the next time
mhm! Depending on how serious the issue is. If it's a huge issue, I suggest kicking the person out immediately

My club is named East Tide
Our outfit is white black, dark grey, and navy blue
We have a sister club called Flower Champions, and we have a four day event competition once a month (day 1. Show jumping - day 2. Dressage - day 3. Cross Country - 4. Flat Work)
We also have dressage, show jumping, cross country, and flat work practices with great trainers.
We also give most of our members nicknames!

I have a tip.
If someone says “any clubs?” In global or any chat, ask before you say yes, ours. In some cases, (btw this is coming from someone who experienced this), the person is looking for a big club.
What’s the harm?
Well let me explain.
If you have..let’s say.. 9 member club, the person says “ANY CLUBS?”, you say ours, you invite them, not knowing what they mean. They say oh yeah this club is lovely. When everyone is offline, they will leave. Without mailing you.
So it’s rude, inmature, and lying.

So my club is brave champions band, it's a dressage club, but I'm thinking about quitting it. I'm barely on for the club meetings and I don't like disappointing my members. We only have two, and I had some high hopes. But... Now I realize how hard it is to run a club and I don't wanna do it anymore. And also, again, I don't wanna disappoint my members because of me. So... I'm gonna break the news to them. Hope they understand!

So I owned a sucessful club in the past. But before it became sucessful my best friend and Co-Owner stabbed my in the back and started her own club. She *copied* our club sets. *Word For Word* . She had a level requirement of level 1. No outfit or horse (Well she had them but she said you don’t have to get them) Invited only noobs to the club. Extremely unorganized so obviously anyone who wasn’t a noob wouldn’t even want to join. Not to be rude but. One day she had 15 members and comes up to me, where I had CLOSED applications because I needed to grow closer as a club after. the incident (She caused a ton of drama when leaving so some people had left) and said “YOU CAN’T OWN A CLUB LOOK AT YOU YOU HAVE 10 MEMBERS” like what the heck dude. A lot of people after these situations are like “I disbanded’ but actually, after she did that, our club started growing a lot better, and not just the quantity, we had a more quality club without her stupid drama and bad coaching she had brought to our club. So if this happens to anyone, don’t give up, wait until you get to say I told you so. All of the hate she gave us after leaving really helped us become stronger and a better club. She disbanded a week after and gave up on owning because ONE PERSON left saying “Everyone was mean to me because they left” like ok *sUrE* and also she kept copying our club moves even after disbanding her club so she is now blocked from everything.
