- Helllo! Welcome back to my channel! Today I'm showing you guys clips of some intermediates of my club doing dressage! Not saying we are a successful Dressage club, but since my other club video went super well, I thought you'd like another one! So Enjoy!

Adding on to that yelling at your members tip: You don't want to yell at your members, but you want to be firm not let inappropriate behavior slide. If the members aren't listening, I advise getting gradually more firm until they pay attention to you. For example, if everyone is talking when it's time to go on mute, you can raise your voice a little. I've been in clubs where the owner is just not strict at all.

Yes. Congratulate them for their achievements. It's amazing how much "Good timing Pringle!" or "Good fix Wolfy!" can impact a person. As a club owner, your members are going to look up to you. Being recognized for something can really mean alot. With that being said, you dont want to praise them for something they didn't do. If their gaps are bad, help them fix it and then reward them with a lil pat on the back :)

You talking about yelling at members but keeping your voice Firm when you need attention. Here’s a story that happened today: A person in my club during the middle of practice they started talking to their friend. I asked nicely around 4 times for them to renter the line so we can continue they then tell me “lead the line by yourself” I then told them raising my voice a little that the way they said that was not acceptable and I was asking nicely for them to get in line they said “just wait I’m talking to my friend” I raised my voice more saying “I told you to get back in line. You can talk to your friend after practice we have one more move to do as it is new you can wait 5 minutes. Please get back in line” they continued to say no. I then gave in, I’m not the best dealing with people that don’t listen even after asking nicely and even raising my voice so I logged off, later one of my members messaged me saying the person left the club. I messaged the person telling them they did wrong then they responded saying I need to control my temper and that they were just talking to their friend real fast (we were sitting there waiting for about 5 minutes) and saying I’m not a good club owner and all this crap. This person used to be one of my friends but now I really don’t respect this person at all.
Lol, they're lucky I wasn't the owner because they wouldn't have had a chance to leave as I would have removed them. Ok, go talk to your friend all you want now..... xD That behavior is very inconsiderate to their fellow club members and to the person teaching.

I’m sorry you had to go through that, it’s truly horrid. I bet you are / were a great club owner and that’s actually a good way of dealing with misbehaviour (raising your voice ever so slightly and being firm)

(I know my profile picture does not look like I do sso but I do just to clarify that so you know that I'm not making this stuff up if I didnt do sso)
Here is another tip too: If you are not using discord you can use the chat and here are some tips of commanding when commanding in chat so first of all if you want to be on time you have to be first in every single move you do since screen delay is a thing be first in every move you do then you know you are on time also if you want NTT gaps your horses nose should be touching the saddle of the person in front of you's horse and like you said it's better if you do ranks by what moves they know what my club does they are called rain troopers its not my club but yea but we do tests to rank up so we know that the person knows the moves that we want the people to know and if you want to see what club im in we have UA-cam channal its called rain troopers offical if you want to check us out 😊

I already have a club and I didn’t think of this until now.
Once upon a time a leader of my club left (keep in mind we are small) and she said she was quitting sso. Want to know what happens next? SHE COPIED OUR CLUB SETS and other things. (Which is strictly against the rules) and then called ME RUDE! Like how am I rude because SHE copied us. Honestly I can’t with those people but great video!

Like I Would Suggest That You Use Caps Lock If You Are A Club That Uses Chat So They Can See Better But Make Sure That You Tell Them You Are Not Yelling Or Being Mean And Yes Correct Them But Make sure They Don't Feel Like They Might Get Kicked Out
My opinion. Andy’s, Lucy’s and frezzys. A good outfit is an outfit that has 1-3 colors. In the Platinum Bees we have 2. That is my preference. Coffee and Bee ask politely and then get a little sterner. We are all at least lvl 16 and where taught dressage prior or Bee or Coffee teaches us. We have competitions with other clubs and do training every other day. Bee and Coffee make it clear to level up in the club you have to make it to practice. We have almost maxed so I am very impressed with them that ever practice we are rather organized. This is how The Platinum Bees do stuff not how your club has to.

When my members don't do what I say or they are slow I will just make lots of jokes and if they do not listen they need to walk with there legs only not horse 1 round in the riding hall 🤭

I’m v e r y late but my club is called Golden Saddles Team. We’re an incredibly successful club and we’ve been around for nearly two years.

I don't like discord it doesn't work for me i cause my computer to crash and when you try to removed it keeps the empty file folder on your computer and cause a lot of problems for you computer. So I don't like discord and I will never use it again

I would buy the club first thing because you don't want to have the name taken then practice before you start adding members, maybe get someone to teach you I had someone give me lessons at one point :D

for the ranks and like riding instructors how to I get them like at the start and also is there like a trick of getting people to stay xD
when you first start a club, you are pretty much the owner, leader, instructor. As you get members you will learn who is dedicated and looks like they will be good in a leadership role. Don't just hand them out, let them earn it. Be on the game a lot if you are the owner. Set the example, be ready for them to look to you for activities.
