I sell a lot of Coach purses, but only certain ones. The signature ones don't do as well as the solid ones. I sold three Black Coach Hamilton Hobo bags last month and all sold out the same or next day. By the way, just subscribed! I also sell on eBay and Poshmark! Your sales are incredible!

Hi Caley I look forward to your what sold videos always learn a lot! If you don’t mind sharing what is your take on eBay returns? Do you accept all returns and pay for shipping or do you have buyer pay for shipping?
I do free returns. Which means I pay the return shipping. But when you refund the buyer, you do not have to refund their original shipping if the reason is just for fit or they didn't like it. So you only end up paying shipping once. BUT I do think that the sales you get from offering free returns far outweigh what you end up paying.

Hi! It took me several years of making mistakes before getting to this point. I can tell you that everything rapidly changed for the better once I started focusing on a high str model and listing the same amount every day.
Great sales Vuori I had them send me a letter thru ebay about items i had for sell, sad part of it what if these were my item. I will not purchase anything thru them. I dont find the brand that often in my area. Merry Christmas

Question: how do you do comps or calculate STR on Poshmark since they're are no metrics as far as numbers of available listings to sold listings? Do you manually count available/ sold listings to figure it out? Thanks in advance ❤😊
I use ebay to comp almost everything. Even if I only sold on posh I'd probably still do comps on ebay. But there are a few times where I'll search posh too and yes, I'll just manually count.

Do you ever deal with negative feedback?! Any suggestions?
It doesn't happen often but if I do get negative feedback I first check to see if we did anything wrong. If we did I respond to the buyer, apologize and offer to fix the issue. Sometimes they remove the feedback on their own.
If it wasn't my fault, then I message ebay for business on Facebook and see if I can get it removed. Doesn't always work but sometimes it does.
At the end of the day, one bad feedback will not derail your business. But, if you're constantly receiving poor feedback then there's probably some work to do in your business.
Do you wash your items before you photograph and store them?
I wash and/or steam where needed.

Lollll it was just one offer. It just kept popping up because I hadn't responded to it I think.
The same person keeps sending me lowball offers on my Patagonia items. I was countering at first, then started declining, now I’m just ignoring. It’s over & over.

Its not currently on the vero list but maybe it's just a brand that comes after people.

Is there a reasoning or logic behind putting certain pieces on Poshmark vs eBay? I know it's common to sell mens on ebay and womens on Poshmark. I'm curious why you have split between the 2 brands. Why not put the Finisterre pants on eBay? Thanks
I put every item on both platforms with few exceptions.

Cayley How do you handle if anybody wants to return ?
Both platforms I sell on pretty much handle the returns for me. On ebay you just set what kind of return policy you want (I do free returns) and they kind of walk you through the process if the buyer makes a claim.
Quicky question for you, do you recommend selling on fb marketplace?
Not really. It works for some people but other platforms seem to have more interested buyers. I use FB Marketplace only when I have large items for pickup only.

@kingwaka7441 you can charge buyers for shipping but if you want to do pickup only then fb is probably the best for that. Pickup only is not typically a model that will move items quickly though.

@kingwaka7441 idk about on other platforms but on ebay you can purchase a label and have the post office scan a QR code and they can print the label for you.
