- regarding the classic px old clutch,

6: groundplate not even
and a hint about the weak spot of the COSA CLUTCH (beside too thin flaps of the clutch linings, but both the px and Cosa have this Problem AND ist already solved as you simply can use Honda cr80/100 clutch plates. if you dont have the Special basket simply shorten it by yourself or cnc edited Versions are now popping up anyways everyhwere: ie onkel mikes garage, px166@gsf, kingwelle, sck etc. --------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi... i wanna ask about clutch sound, when i pull the lever then the sound be queit than the lever release, is it a normal thing? I just replace the main bearing and seal, pressure plate and actuating pad. And the sound still same.

a sudden friction connection, with even a small wheelie, you can not gently and smooth start driving / "let the clutch come"

Really good video! Would these also be related to stalling when clutch is pressed and 1st selected (when stopped at lights, for instance. PX200)
check if the cables of gearbox slectoe are not switched 😉
@@FreakMoPed8 I can select all gears it just stalls when stopped and first is selected. Would inverted cables sill allow me to ride? I just found that they are touching the collector (were not secured) and the external sheat melted..
@@rssluca the clutch cable is loose. The freeplay must be 2mm at the lever...
my vespa jump when i try to use the 1 gear and stop, it only keep running on neutral, whenever i try to shift to first gear it jump foward, what can be causing this problem?

many possible reasons: wrongly assembled clutch, loose bush, dry clutch linings, not even plates, not even ground plate

mista FreakMoPed sir,i found the problem.the problem is the clutch was dry.do you know why the oil can't get into the clutch?
bad linings, my guess is a wrong glue was used....
thank you so much.nice i formation. but i have a question for no 3 sir? what's the mean hole must be allign? i saw in a vespa workshop.they assamble clutch not allign with a hole. . what's the effect to a clutch? if we assamble allign or not?
of course it has to be aligned, that the springs do not stand straight but a bit ankeled.

what do you mean? clutch is grabbing, when u open it, the linings are totally dry, no matter if u let them suck for 2 weeks before (which is not needed) or if you oil them while assembling (which is enough and works fine)
If the bushing is loose, discs get dry. But why i havent understood just yet, is it only because of those small holes in the clutch gear? Never thought it would make such a big difference
