Very satisfied with my GMC Denali Ultimate, way better looking, I even like the massaging seats everyone disses.. But they are all pretty nice at this point.
@@lyleswavel320 I’m as unbiased as one can be in any review. The GMC is a very stunning truck. I can’t for the life of me understand why the AT4X wouldn’t have all the features of the Denali ultimate. The Ford wins in power and features easily.
It's already settled. The comfortable seats in the Ford wins everyday when your riding. Everything else is irrelevant unless your hauling 15,000 trailer four times a week, but I believe they both can do that. O well it still comes down to the comfortable seats and how quiet the inside cab is of the Ford. Don't matter if your 120 pounds or 220 pounds, you will know the Ford is much more comfortable and quieter in the cab.
I almost bought the AT4X AEV, even ordered it. I have a 2023 GMC 1500 and there are things about it that bug me. Like the speaker grills are huge and I've got two that are damaged. The go all the way to the floor so if some is loose in the truck and in the floor that object is going to fly across the floor and dent those speaker covers. There's no place to store glasses. The wireless charger is in a great place and would be a hell of a feature if it would work. I can't get mine to work if my phone has a case. If the phone doesn't have a case, the phone moves while turning a corner and slides out of the range of the charger. Also, GM has detuned those 2500 with lots of torque management compared to the 3500. I love my GMC with the 3.0L diesel but I like the SD more for a towing, long distance, do anything truck.
Thanks for the info, that will help others. I hadn’t thought about that on the speakers but could see that. On the torque management both trucks have it. Drives me nuts to be honest. But I get that 1200 foot pounds on the ford could yank a transmission silly. The 2kw pro power on board is so handy. Looks alone I’d go for the GMC
@@ramaswamynarayanaswamy4806 Exactly! Fords are expensive under the hood. Not to mention that parts are comparatively rare too! Telling it out of experience.
My opinion is the GMC is better looking on the outside and equal on the inside. The ford leads with ambient lighting, full message seats, panoramic roof, power steering and pedal adjustments. I don’t care that much about the panoramic roof. In happy with a traditional moon roof. I find the GMC seats very comfortable but the fires are more comfortable. 2024 So far it’s by far the best riding and driving ford I’ve owned. I haven’t towed heavy with it yet. Just what I’ve used it seems stronger than my 22 but I’ll update with video as I own it longer.
That is disappointing for GM. The GMC is also missing the 12 volt round outlet. Still trying to figure out how I'm going to plug my radar detector in LOL
Ohio boy here. I say gm seats and high hood kill the deal for me, I currently have a 24 f250 platinum, 22 f250 king ranch and 22 f150 Lightning. Bit of a ford fanboy here. PS: you can wrap an ankle weight (Velcro) around the steering wheel at 5 o’clock position and you’ll not have to keep touching the wheel every 15 seconds. The lightning has full bluecruise so you do hands free. A 1-2 lb ankle weight fakes that in our platinum diesels. Lol Enjoy!
Sounds like a nice fleet! I’m with you, Ford is Hard to beat on anything. I’ve been seeing people do that, but I haven’t tried it yet. I’ll have to pick one up and give it a shot. I’m hopeful that the diesels will get bluecruise. Does it work as well as a display and ads?

Ford should have kept the awesome looking front end from the 2020-2022 trucks.
I just paid a deposit on a 2024 GMC AT4HD Duramax in sterling silver mettalic. It arrives March 13th, can't wait 🙌

I wish GM would offer a range of interior colors, like ford does. I love that caramelo interior

The GMC seats are hard and the tail gate hits your ball hitch when lowered unless you purchase a 400 special hitch. That did it for me.
I agree
Nah ,can make it so it won't open all the way down, if the first part is open, sure af doesn't cost 400 to switch it on truck screen🤷
Then don't open the top half. Use it like a regular boring tailgate. Like a Ford tailgate.

The Chevy/gm 2500+ had trucks are solid. Ram is way behind ford & Chevy minus the Cummins and its excellent exhaust brake.
