So, being a newer player after watching more and more videos of yours and others plus being hyper critical of my own gameplay, I realized my issue is mostly getting spun out in turn. 1, so im going to attempt to do what you do in the beginning of races. I also brake a little too much on corners and lose a lot of speed. I will say, though, the Nascar update has done wonders for me since I am mostly familar with Nascar sim racing. I'm still trying to get GT down. The only track I'm good at is Watkins Glenn because of the Nascar familiarity 😂 And for exmaple what i mean by the breaking is I take one corner at Hakone that you take at about 80-90 MPH everytime i take it at about 60-70. Could be why i het rammed too
Hakone is pretty nasty on Long as a one stop, Long is generally faster one stop but certain tracks especially hard cornered and mostly one direction turns (Maple Valley good example) it's better to go for the 2-stop.
@erraticgt I get that, I can flip flop on tracks where its equal, running Hards is a bit of a chore even if you're all alone, and you'll look bad on the fastest laps, but running Hards is a skillset in itself and it's fun to pressure people on better tyres knowing you still have 4-5 laps over them.
That was phenomenal race to watch, ngl l was hoping u would do a hard to hard 1 stop, but still a great race nonetheless
take a shot every time erratic complains about 1 stops
@@plusquare Acknowledging that a one-stop is the strongest strategy isn't a complaint. I enjoy beating one-stoppers.
Good race brotha, tried out the r8 and it handles well here, good to run into ya
Hakone = Japanese NASCAR
As ever lap consistency gives good results gg
Only lost to those tire whisperer nerds, which is a win in my book. 🤩 great to see someone driving the Acura quite well, can’t do it 😕

@@GreazedPanther Another reason to do H-S-S instead of H-H or M-M-M
Must be heaven having a rear view mirror in that view. Rip Xbox users
It's certainly nice. Hopefully they add it for y'all too
@@erraticgt been asking for 12 months, unlikely.
