I figured it out. There's a weird conflict with Labs in the wearable settings. Go into galaxy wearable>earbud settings>labs>turn on double tap earbud edge, and then double tap the edge of your right earbud until the volume maxes out
Oh my god, your solution fix mine. Kinda feel a deal breaker that mine sound too slow. It's a shame that Samsung hasn't fix this after recent firmware update.
I fixed mine. I was using dual audio when I connected a next device a couple of days ago. The device was not connected which I fine it strange my volume was not maxed out on the headphones. But I went in the bluetooth settings on my S9 a disabled the dual audio. Immediately the volume went up. I thought it was the earbuds software, but I have a very old Samsung tablet, and the volume was fine on the tablet when I connected it. Best way to troubleshoot issues things, is go back to most recent things you may have applied
DON'T BUY THESE BUDS!!! They are crap. There's crackling noise that feels like it's going to pop your ears. The low sound is frustrating, the fit, and the touch controls don't work consistently. In other words, don't buy.
Can you please tell me why, when fully charged at the beginning of work, the left earphone is discharged from 98 to 67 percent in a couple of minutes with noise reduction turned ON WITHOUT listening to music
haha i fixed my right bud, after nothing worked i tryied cleaning it again but it didnt worked again and then I was so frustated that I sucked at it I sucked at the bud and I pulled the air though it and now its working again (sorry for my english
@@r1l225 Looool, it's really funny because I tried everything and didn't worked, but I tried this as my last opportunity and it worked, you saved my life with this simple trick, GRACIAS xd
I reset my enture wear thing it still isnt working well😭 my left bud doesnt work that well the volume just keeps lowering and when its full it starts luke idk how to tell the bass and all that is louder then the voice
so I figured out what the volume issue is.... go into your volume settings on your samsung device and if you have "use volume key for media" active. just turn it off the. raise your volume all the way up. then turn on "use volume key for media" again and that should fix it.
Thus video won't help if you suddenly lost sound in you buds. It's not software.. well kinda but your buds are dirty. You need to take them apart and clean the wax out of them. Changing settings won't cut it. This video did not help me but good info if you don't know how to setup your buds.
mylescable560 Bro, Sorry to hear your Problem is not fixed. Have you tried disconnecting then reconnecting the Galaxy Buds again, it might fix the issue.☺️
For the most part the actual issue (if you did all the basic "no duh" steps offered in this video) is the volume of the buds is independent of the phone controls. Set your buds touch pad to control the volume on the buds. Hold the right earbud down until its as loud as it will go. Then you can control using the phone volume. Change your touch pad back to what you want it to be after you crank up the volume. The earbuds come with low volume intentionally. No matter how loud you put the phone volume (or other device) the buds own volume is actually separate. Turn the buds up, then control volume from the device.
Does anyone have a solution to fix the buds switching sounds between 1 and another and them not working together? Like when I'm listening to music ANC works but when I'm watching UA-cam videos my buds are switching sounds between 1 bud and the other buds or I can hear background music from 1 ear and dialogue from the other ear which is ridiculous they both should work together. And I just got it brand new and have done all the software updates tried resetting it does anyone have any solution I tried ANC on and I tried to disable and enable ANC with 1 bud and I have also tried the accessibility setting I tried on between right and left and also I tried to enable and disable gaming mode as well. Does anyone know what else could be the problem and what other setting could be causing this?
Im disappointed in samsung i used mine for like a month or two and the left ear bud has low sound and also static sound when someone talks i tried everything and its still the same i guess i have to go to Samsung so they can fix it, such a disappointment.
Yeah I switched apple after my buds 2 , my fold 3 and my watch all literally became broken with 4 months, I sent them back to repair and then they said I didn't send them

Jelly park Bro, Try cleaning the Samsung Buds, Then Disconnect and Reconnect the Buds. Also make sure they have proper charge. It can some times fix the issue.😊
Thank you! I'm not sure which part of this helped, but one of the switch flips stopped the horrible squeal that was in my ear and the low volume in one bud and not in the other.
I have yt premium which leads to listening alot of songs on youtube. When i lock my phone and put it in my pocket, right after the sound gets automaticly quiet but stays on the "same volume"
CERAMIC_ Bro, Have you checked your Volume, if it’s on high or not, and also make sure the headphone jack is properly inserted in the phone. It can fix the issue.😊
U simply go to Samsung wearable app and next go to touch control and choose touch and hold then puck volume and done now u put finger on ringt bud and fix volume accordingly 😀
Okay, I found that I have been having volume issues, and I tried what was suggested here, and had no luck. I had to reset my phone constantly. The strange part was, while I was trying to do things in the Galaxy Wear app, I was unable to change the setting to "Use Ambient sound during calls", and it kept giving me an error "Cannot do that during a call". This was strange, since I was not on a call, getting one, calling anyone, etc. I finally found a recommendation somewhere to go into app > phone > clear cache. I found just force stopping it actually cleared the issue instantly. Hopefully if you have this experience this will help you.

@@benwarz you are correct! But the Galaxy Wearable app conflicts this for some people, it's a weird bug that Samsung seems to not notice at all.

There's a very easy fix, buy a new pair then put the old pair in the box and return them and say you don't like them.
