Irrespective if I change the volume from.phone or buds, the levels are same , and so low...
4:45 to basically say :
1) Download app
2) Change setting
3) Left - volume down
4) Right - volume up

I changed to the larger pair but still wore the buds wrongly. When I finally wore it right, I was like a deaf that heard sound for the first time. I was surprised how tightly and comfortable it sat. So tight, I slept with it, ran with it, yawned, chew, shook my head...
1. The silicone tip you choose is very important, don't just settle for the one that it came with.
2. Make sure the silicone surface is lying totally flat without any visible part peeking at you when you look at your ears.
Note: My mistake was that the silicone was not totally flat, I was always seeing a portion of it. I hope I helped. This really, really fits. It's surprising!
This! Seriously, it's either the fitting, the phone, or that people genuinely need to get their hearing checked because I can barely turn it pasta quarter volume on my phone and it's too loud.
Hi, I have an issue where my daughter has turned my volume down by using the touch control on my left earbud is there anyway that I can turn it back up. The left earbud is almost completely quiet now

I might start using the galaxy buds live again, I got them when they first released but they hurt my ears for some reason so I stopped using them and just went back to my £15 wired sony earphones lol.
Try changing the size of the tips, the pack comes with three sizes, might make it more comfortable.
My $2 Chinese earbuds so much better, what a piece of junk, asking permission for everything
Is everyone wearing these the correct way as so many people are saying that the are having trouble with the volume. I've had both buds plus and the buds live, both have worked perfectly for me using the gear app to make any adjustments.
One of my earbuds is still low. The volume that is working for up and down is the other one. I my have to send my earbuds for repair again 😮💨
my left earbud is very, very low barely hear anything. Did you fix yours?

Hi Ive just bought buds+. How do I increase volume when watching TV? I'm using them on my Samsung curve TV only sitting around 6 feet away and the volume and quality is poor. How do I use the Samsung app to control the volume also the actual quality is choppy.

Do the buds live play media? It connects to my phone and it connects to audio but say for example I'm watching a video on Facebook or what's app, the media doesn't play
i got this as a gift with N20 but man oh man! my virgin ear never been open wided than before. it hurts so bad than i couldn't continue anymore. so for small ear i think tick to buds +. i wish icon x will make a comeback

Excellent explanation. I have been trying to figure out how to control the volume and you did it in just a couple of minutes.
I did this when I bought the buds live and they were still not loud enough so I returned them super bad quality too much Bass not enough treble or mids

THANK YOU for this video. The volume using my Samsung Galaxy S8 was not high at all that I actually returned the first pair but had the same issue with the second pair. Changing to Volume Down on the Left increased the volume significantly. Samsung tech couldn't even help me with this. I was afraid I was going to have to return the second pair AGAIN THANK YOU!

Thanks for the info. But how do you turn them off while wearing them? Or can you turn off by tapping?
you dont turn them off. If you want to pause a song you tap it. If you want to actually "turn them off" you put them in the case and close it. it automatically disconnects.

Have a closer look at your bean buds. They may be in the wrong ear. The little raised bit does not go down near the ear canal like other buds do. I could not get the volume to work until I realised I had them in incorrectly

What if you need adjust volume for non-Samsung device like iPhone?
Sometimes I'll double tap to change song and the buds will raise or lower my volume. When it does that it makes a different noise than the normal two beeps. What's going on??

I had serious problems with the bluetooth connection. Every time I put my Samsung s8 in my pocket, I lost connection. I've never had this problem with any other device. Have you hear of these problems with the Beans?
