My manic episodes are most gone but having mostly chronic depression because my brain is affected from years of mania and depression. That’s my biggest fear, since I’ve been an adult the scariest days of my life were the days my two children were born. Praying I didn’t have to make a decision to save their mother or them or god help me lose them both.

His life story is motivational to me and I honestly highly respect and understand him, what he was going through none of us can judge him for that, but he’s over came them. There’s nothing wrong with getting knocked down, what matters is you take it like a man and help that build you to be stronger and improve. 💪🏼

My former boxing trainer was offered a chance to meet Mike Tyson in the ring but declined. He told me that 6 months after declining the offer he realized he had made the worst mistake of his life. He litterly trembled in regret and would kill to get that chance again. I learned from him that you should never be afraid to explore new ground like he did. I hope you learned something too👍👍👍

We are lucky to live in the same age and witness this guy, he's all savage and intimidating but he was a victim too, pain is where his strength came from. I regret not doing boxing if I think of how many kids I used to fight, releasing that anger into someone was like a drug. I don't believe in violence tho, I had used it to my gain and even enjoyed the thrill it gave me..

Avid reader here and Tyson's auto biography is hands down the best biography I've ever read. There's such a thing as "full disclosure" and then there's real! I encourage anyone who's ever hated or liked Mike Tyson to read his book. If you hated him, you'll understand him, if you liked him, you'll fall in love with him. I litterly felt like Mike was their telling me about his life, rather than me reading about it. He's the quintessential example of someone being a product of society and why people deserve second chances in life. Both his life and biography are an absolute masterpiece!
