I had a 15% ejection fraction that's the blood amount pumped out of your heart with each squeeze it's supposed to be between 50%and 70%. Today, It's 65 % and I'm 63. My doctor just told me I can do anything I want. Literally, if I can do it, It is safe now do it. I asked the doctor 15 years ago if this was possible and my old doctor had said "no." Same here. I was working in the NYPD and I was doing a special event detail. Mike walked up to me and we started talking for about 10 minutes. One of the most humble and nicest guys I ever met within a brief period of time. Standing man to man.. An Absolute Class Act!
