Another reason why having kids is a choice since everything is getting more expensive as time goes on.
When people ask me why i don't want kids
Right!
Meanwhile, as a veteran early childhood educator, I left teaching because my pay went up by only about $2/hr in the last 20 years. The cost of living (healthcare, housing, food, transportation, childcare, continuing education, and on and on) has gotten impossiblly high.
I left in 2019 for the same reasons.
Where the heck is the Supreme Court and congress on childcare costs?! Why are childcare aren’t free since they want us to have as many kids to be born?! $50BN? How about $500BN! Imagine having kids when you’re not ready with someone you don’t, planned parenthood in every city is needed!
Make it to where a husband can have a job that provides for families like they use to
Don’t have kids! Sad is what it is
Families should babysit in shifts.
Should cost 20/hour
Remind me to never have kids at all. I have a cat she’s my child without the expenses of daycare. She’s way cheaper than a child.
I hate working jobs with coworkers who have kids. I start out empathetic, but after their 12th call out, I'm done. Seriously, get fixed or join a zoo with a breeding program.
i agree since it happens everywhere
