Such a devoted, passionate chef with an emotive life goal. So inspiring.
A grand job and what a lovely young man.
you'll never put a better bit of botter on your oyster
I can't believe it's not butter
Showing your age there buddy “ Country Life” 😂😂
i thought we was eating some good bud
I was doing a terrified monica side to side look when i saw how much shell she cracked on that oyster
Thought gratin was the addition of cheese? Surely this is just crumbed (very nice crumb ) but-crumbed nevertheless ?
If you make them properly, you get any Blue Öyster Cult album of your choice.
Ah, poor Will was so nervous on this one!
Tabasco sauce had me baffled. got any recipes with ketchup? lol
A bit of acidiy to balence it out.
Honestly his looked better than hers
Thought they were all half rolled joints ngl….
Exactly this
Did anyone ever find out why they refused to show footage of one of the contestants a few years back?
Yes, the rumour was that he either had a fall out with Marcus or he did so badly he didn't want the footage go out.
Yummo
botter
This is the single best comment I have ever had the pleasure to see 😂 👍
Why she’s saying bOtter ? Cmon Galetti
Missing half the stuff
Botter??
I wonder what Monica have done with her left hand?? Maybe she put it where it should not be
Botter ….😂
Botter
She just put some bread and leaves in a blender... "master" chef... look at me blend this..., basically a Tik Tok recipe, he actually gratinated with cheese and made something more edible, flavourful and looking more tasty.
Not that Monica Galetti has anything to prove to you, but it's worth noting that she worked at Le Gavroche, a top tier restaurant in the UK.
half cooked oysters and soggy "crumb". jog on
😂 , you've never had an oyster Rockefeller let alone ate a raw one.
Oyesters are better raw anyway
Tell that to Americans.
Fish is always best just done. You can eat oysters safely when they're raw and well sourced, let alone poached in this beautiful fresh gratinated marinade.
I would love to see a good Italian/Portuguese/Spanish/Greek masterchef Professionals. Indeed the British make good TV, but I cant imagine a worse way of eating oysters.
surely you mean the Americans? Rockefeller Oysters are an American recipe...
Rockefeller Oysters are an American recipe, sweetheart.
@@eduardofcgo You're contradicting your initial message. You're confused.
@@timsnell1642 You miss the point. This recipe is clearly made by chefs with tradicional french training. Only in france, uk and anglophone countries this kind of recipe would fly.
Butter in seafood is very rare in most places.
@@MetteC5 You are not getting it. The UK and anglophone countries were highly influenced by french cuisine. Butter in seafood is absurd to a Portuguese or most southern Italians.
Thats why it would be interesting to see this program in southern Europe, where the perspective is very different.
Were this specifically originates is irrelevant to the point. Im talking about this kind of recipes.
Monica Galetti: Botter
Gordon Ramsay: Olivooolll
Marco Pierre White: It's your choice to snort a Knorr Stock Pot
lol
Ha!
