So very proud of this Samoan woman who made her mark in the UK among the finest chef's. Humble beginnings to the highest achiever 🤗
I absolutely LOVE watching Monica!!!
I love Chef Monica. She is an amazing chef and kind.
Monica you rock
Another hugely talented, yet humble Kiwi 💯
Love your work Chef Monica. Kudos 🎉
Love this amazing chef. You are truly the best x x x
Monica is so nice! Inspiring too!
Monica is my absolute favourite female chef. Everything about her is amazing. ❤
Bingo strikes back.
❤
I love her❤
As a chef of 10 years myself, I truly admire all the pros like Monica.
Her & Marcus Waering are both excellent mentors on Masterchef the Professionals.
(The only Masterchef worth watching, since it's done with actual chefs & not home cooks)
She is such a sweetheart underneath all that harsh & commanding facade.
Which is essential though in a kitchen.
Since it's not meant to be a direct attack, but rather a means to toughen you up & drill chefs to cope with stress properly & internalize that they need to be quick & efficient for the sake of a smooth service & happy customers.
My girlfriend is also working in the industry as a chef the partie at the moment. And she also has short hair & kinda reminds me of Monica, the way she can be very assertive.
I personally think, it's very attractive if a woman can be rough as well.
Even though Im not from the Uk, I'd love to move there, just to apply for Masterchef & cook for Marcus & Monica. Even if it lasts only for a day. It would be already enough to get praised by them & have a brief encounter with some of my inspirations.
