Erin totally nailed it. She even spotted "caramel" as a misspeak. I promise you every married person can relate to one side or another of that interaction. Love the double-blinds. Best whiskey show on the Tube.
I got 2 of the 10 and 2 of the 12 at MSRP. I agree that the 10 year old doesn't blow me away but it's great for the price. The 12 year on the other hand is amazing. Insane value at it's price, but I'm also a big Brown Foreman fanboy
Spot on with your review. I sampled both back to back and found the 10 year decent but nothing special. The 12 is noticeably better if at msrp or slightly above.
I just picked up a bottle of 10 year batch 1 and batch 2! This is making me wonder if I should open them, or if they aren’t going to blow me away just leave them sealed.
I missed out on the JD 10 batch 1, so I didn't bother with batch 2. On the other hand I nailed down 2 bottles of JD 12 year batch 1 and decided to bunker them. I enjoy the single barrel barrel proofs. So those are what I drink and they are easy enough to find. Very few bottles I bunker, but the JD12 has historical value.
Dude! Never challenge a wife. I don’t know if the diamond 💍 wedding rings have mystical powers or something, but they hear everything, recall everything and never ever forget a single thing! . ✌️ Lol
In this episode you had said that these 97-proofers drink like 107 proof or 110 proof. I want to commend you for afterward making the distinction that you were speaking in terms of *flavor-wise* , not *heat-wise* . Most review channels don't make the distinction so the viewer is left uncertain. It seems to me that when reviewers speak about a whiskey drinking "above its proof" it's split about 50/50 that they're referring to heat or flavor. My first assumption is that they're referring to heat.

Haha of for sure! This was a fun one for a lot of reasons. Glad you enjoyed Larry!
That’s so funny. I just recorded a blind of old 7, a single barrel pick, and the 10 batch 2. Thanks for the video!

The banter at the end of these videos is perfect! Love it!
Before you put that icecream on your banana bread, gently fry it in a small amount of butter. Great show! Cheers!

Well, there was a quick caramel before ice cream. But that may be a technically.
JD and banana go hand in hand.

While neither may blow you away, they also could. Just depends on your palate. Only one way to find out. 😉 Cheers and thanks for watching Randall!
II've had a sample of the JD 10 and it was *fantastic* !
I like your t-shirt, Josh. ✝️
Thanks so much Robert!
Josh blink twice if you need saving...
😂 😂
What is the song you sample in your videos?
A random song we found and licensed from Soundstripe that Erin said was "baby-making music." 😂

Thanks! We try our best to differentiate and glad it was helpful!
Lol, sorry man Erin was right on with what you said. So apparently she does listen to you😂
This just means I have to be more careful. 😂
Noticed there was no clip of Erin apologizing… 🤔 😂
It’s so rarely necessary. 😂
The word “caramel” did come out of your mouth - But you didn’t make a football move, therefore it’s incomplete.
Comment of the day!

You didn't say it...
No he didn't
3:50 Jack Daniel’s is not a bourbon. It’s a Tennessee Whiskey 😊
Their own master distiller would disagree with you. ua-cam.com/video/4IogKH8Vr48/v-deo.htmlm57s
