  • In this video I'll be sharing the 3 most common WEBTOON story writing mistakes I see when working with creatives and how you can avoid them when making your own WEBTOON! I oftentimes see a lot of amazing potential and great stories be overlooked because of the way creators are presenting their ideas. Oftentimes, the information isn't organized in a way that is easy to understand and can create simple appeal. By avoiding these mistakes, and with these story writing tips, you will be able to grab the audiences attention faster and longer, therefore increasing readership and audience appeal.
Hope this video helps you, and lmk what other videos I should make next!

definitely helped a lot. I want to start making my own webtoons soon. There's a bunch of ideas I want to work on so my plan is to do a bunch of one shots then gradually build up to a longer running series. I'm a big believer in the "don't make your dream project" type philosophy since I've seen way too many new artists start series, loss focus and abandon their series because of burnout.

the story progression in ORV was so gripping for me that i went ahead and read the novel while waiting for the updates (which did not disappoint at all, loved it the whole way through)
I think it also served as an ispiration to start writing for me just because of how huge of a role writing and reading has in the story
there's still the issue of the art part of the comic for me though 😅but i am working on it

I wrote a novel and am currently on episode one of the Webtoon adaption. Each chapter (in the novel) has three scenes, and each scene will be an episode. Im not quite sure if the first three will be when I’ll have big reveals. 😅

And my art sucks. I’m not actually very hopeful for Webtoon successes. Lol

That sounds so fun!! I think it's useful to see everything as a learning experience :) Oftentimes our first attempts are not what is the most successful, but rather the most valuable. Success will come if you keep on trying!! I believe in u!!

Hiya there, I live for your videos, and webcomic series, I'd like to know the proccess that you went through when it came to the actual launch of your webcomic, did you first advertise it on social media with like posters and snippets of the series or did you go right ahead then advertised as you went along? Also, how important is social media when it comes to your webcomic? Anyways love your work, see yah😁🤍
