    Wowser! Rick I bet 99% of recreational users don't know this. Great info. The system is so deep in options your knowledge gets us to features we'd probably never find unless we fish every day. Most people like me only wish we could.

    Rick, our average lake depth in Florida is only about 10-15' but this was still very informative!

      Appreciate ya Gerry, I’m down to around 80% of the audience actually in the United States, allot of Canadian and Australian viewers, getting an emerging audience in Europe lately, just trying to stay diversified 😂

      Not to my knowledge, I’m not sure how deep canyon lake in the hill country gets.

    hay just wanted to ask a question i have a 24v troll motor and just got 2 lithium ion batteries for it but wanted to use one for my garmin 93svhd and wondering if you think it would work thanks im mike b

    • @DoubleTFishing
      @DoubleTFishing  Рік тому

      Are you using two 12VDC batteries connected in series to get 24VDC? Most trolling motors cause interference when connected to the same battery as the chart plotter. I wouldn't recommend tapping off one battery of a 24VDC series circuit. If they are 24VDC batteries the last I looked the specs listed input power for the UHD ais 9-18VDC, 24VDC would be out of range and again the trolling motor can cause interference. I'm not sure about the newer brushless trolling motors but I assume they still use pulse modulation for speed control which generates noise on the circuit. Sorry, doesn't sound like a good idea. You can call Garmin at 800 800-1020 and use the call back, they are very responsive. Thanks for watching Mike!!

      Yes I am using two batteries to make the 24v and don’t have room for another battery. Guess I could use the starting battery but was hoping to use one of the lithium ion so hopefully it would last longer

    So why don't you tell us when you're using side view and you want to look left or right use your two fingers and it will zoom in and you can get to the middle and see as far as you're looking in the one direction and it is zoomed. After using the two fingers to zoom you can use one finger to move it left and right

      One of the downfalls to the videos is I attempt to make the content fairly specific to the title of the video. These videos are a more specific to side view
