Yes! Keep these videos coming. The specifics regarding the science are wonderful. Thank you.
Thank you for an amazing looking snack. I think my great grand girls will love them.
This will help a lot of people maybe understand the science of Freeze Drying.
I appreciate the in depth instruction. I am expecting my freeze dryer in less than a month and am still excited to start making shelf stable foods. The more you share about how to use my Blue Alpine (medium), the more confident and prepared I will be. Thank you!!
We are happy to hear that!!
Looks amazing. Thank you for the education!!!❤
Yes! Keep the videos coming! I just ordered mine today! I am so excited to get it! I am going to look at all your videos. I would love recipes😊
We have some great plans for future videos for recipes as well as some non-video content covering fun and useful things to make in a freeze dryer. So keep an eye out for those! :D
Yummy
This was the first time I have heard someone talking about different foods and why the timing is different and how you know when it is done. I am still a bit confused but learning
Let us know if you have any questions. We would be happy to help.
Thanks!
Ive been on the fence about buying one of these. If there were more videos like this (how to's, recipes, troubleshooting) I woild be more likely to get one. Ive been eyeing the large one for a few weeks now. Thanks for the video.
Thank you for the feedback. We are working on making more videos, hopefully we can get more uploaded soon!
Love these more in depth videos! Keep 'em comin! Will definitely have to try this recipe! You say the temp can be increased after about 10 hours, but by how much? and do you continue to increase incrementally, or just increase one time?
Go up 5 to 10 degrees, the more gradual you do it the more gentle it will be on the food.
I definitely would love more !
How do I prechill the chamber when I've frozen everything in our home freezer already?
You simply press the quick start and let it prechill for 15-30 minutes, then you can put your already frozen food in and start the dry cycle.
Definitely more videos like this. I like the idea of judging doneness based on pressure readings rather than having to taste test everything when it comes out. Also, how would you deliver a software update? Is there some way to download and then transfer to the machine or does it require a new machine?
When a new software update is available you can find it here bluealpinefreezedryers.com/pages/software-update. its a simply process of connecting your computer up to the freeze dryer with a USB C cable and dragging the file over. instructions are included when you download the file.
Do you guys plan to send out any units to reviewers to give their opinions? Because this product looks great, but the only review I've seen is negative, although it seemed pretty biased and inaccurate.
Not at this time. Since we are a new start up we have only budgeted a few machines to give away and we decided we would rather reward our affiliate members with those free machines. If you'd like to sign up to be an affiliate here is the link bluealpinefreezedryers.com/pages/affiliate
@@BlueAlpine Unfortunately, I don't have enough influence to make joining your affiliate program worthwhile. However, I do appreciate you sharing the link with me. Have you considered other methods for obtaining third-party reviews?
Wish I understood what you are talking about. But then I don't own that brand of freeze dryer.
The principles behind speeding up a cycle time should apply to any freeze dryer. Our machines just allow you to change the settings of each cycle to fine tune it to your liking.
@@lizchilders4154 I don't have a wife. I think you should have commented above not replied to my comment.
@@BlueAlpine I own a cube and can't find anything like that in the directions. However their directions lack a lot. Wish I had found your brand before I bought the cube.
@@lyndabuchholz1216, sorry about that. Thought I was commenting to the originator of the video.
@@lizchilders4154 That is OK we all live and learn. Now you know.
