I put instant pudding in my cereal bars. It makes them more firm, and stable for packaging!👍....p.s. mix cereal, milk, and pudding in a bowl. Then pour into trays!
When you use molds, weigh them after you freeze them but befor you fd them and then weigh them after they come out of the fd. The difference is how much liquid you need to bring them back.
I couldn't tell how crumbly these were. I did some cereal bars with yogurt but they were flakey. Wondering if I used milk instead of yogurt if they would be less flakey and hold together better ?
That's a good idea to take out camping or on a day hike

Made me hungry for cold, crunchy cereal. haha. Cereal is something I rarely have in the house though. Interesting snack item.
Yeah we don't normally have cereal either but in some situations they'd be great for morale.
That's a Great sale!!
Did you freeze dry them in the molds in the dryer?
The metal dividers I did leave on the tray. The molds I did not. I prefreeze most of my batches and just popped them out of the mold.

Every cereal bar I've ever done has just falling apart. I've used milk and almond milk. They don't seem to gold their shape. No matter what
