Set your timer to ten minutes and keep checking your food until its ready, for shorter projects stay there, wait and watch, because a lot of ovens cook differently as does a lot of different food. The 40-45 minutes is just a suggestion. Yesterday I made a pizza and set the oven to correct heat and was told to wait 20 minutes for it to cook. The base was blackening before 15 so I had to pull it out. The time is always a suggestion in these sort of dishes. Keep checking is all I'm saying.
@@rajalakshmielango6508 I would assume you could deep fry the balls. There's a chance that the oil would make the mash balls just break apart and you would be left with a mushy oily mess. Plus after piping it on a tray dropping it into oil would be tough. I think oven is the best bet to get that exact end product that you want. Sorry mate.

I tried this recipe and it was delicious and fluffy. Only one problem. It’s wasted my time as I didn’t have a stainless steel pipe and had to roll each one out into a ball. Took forever but hope you take this advice. I loved it overall 8/10
Next time cut a tiny corner off of the piping bag (could be a ziploc bag if that's easier to find) and just pipe that way. Won't have the fancy shape but at least you wouldn't have to roll by hand :)
