I always skip your in-video pitches for stuff that I doubt you even use. It pisses me off that I pay for premium so I don't have to listen to programmed in-video ads, and you content creators do an end around that whole process so I'm having to listen to in-video ads. Again, for products most of you all probably never even use. I like your content well enough to not unsubscribe - for now. But I've already begun purging my subscriptions. Pretty sure he is part of the small group of people that describe fetuses as parasites because technically they do meet the definition regardless of whether they are human or animal, therefore making pregnant women “hosts” because in that worldview they meet the definition. I read your comment while listening to Sydney. I then went and continued actually watching the video. I then reached the part you referenced, and feel the same way. She is very wise for an 8 year old. I just hope the school she attends isn't type that cares more about ideologies than actual facts/education.
What caught my attention (in a quite negative way) was the answer the smart child received afterwards: "whether you acknowlege it or not, I'm still a mom." (19:27 in the video) I mean come on! Don't impose your (let's put it mildly ) opinion on others, especially not children and don't be judgy to your child (or anyone else, just because a person has an opinon other than yours. I find that very shocking, but at the same time also self-centered, ignorant of other opinons. To me as a German, such behavior and anawers appears to be very distinctive of modern society. Especially when it comes to topics that are emotinally charged or presented as volatile in the media.

Yeah that feels wrong to me too. I'm expecting my 2nd, and kinda dreading her birth in september, because I have severe anxiety and depression and I'm gonna have to make the hard decision of either breastfeeding and staying off or on very low dose of my meds that practically doesn't help with symptoms vs getting to up their dose and feel at ease mentally but not breastfeeding and missing out on the health benefits and unique way of bonding with my baby. It's a really tough decision many moms need to make, yet these men can take experimental medication to get to use a baby as a proxy to support their delusions? The baby's health and benefit should be the priority, and that would be the natural instinct of any good mother.

Seeing this hit me hard. I was there for both of my wife's birth's. I saw my kids vulnerable and shivering. They needed their mom. And she was there. These kids need mothers. They need dads too, but I feel awful for them that they're deprived of a mom's love.

He literally submitted the home info to school, where he claimed he was mother and I was "other parent." Despite the fact that I had custody. I had to go to the principals with my passport, my sons' birth certificates and the divorce settlement.

They are too cheap to hire surrogates. They want a house slave and mommy/nanny, while they live their "Barbie Mode" lifestyle. It's repulsive and evil. Many of these men also fetishize childhood, so their desire for children might be pedophilic in nature. Not all trans people are like this, but there are definitely a lot of narcissistic males who trap women into feeding their fetishes.
I do understand where you are coming from but I will play devils advocate for a bit lets say in theorie your husband was just confused about his own identity. I have a ton of problems with the whole "male breastfeeding" thing but one thing that really pisses me off is that as a biological mom struggling with supply issues I could not take domperidone because of the risks of cardiac arrhythmias. Even if my doctor wanted to prescribe it, she would not be allowed to. But a man who wants to live out his fetish can take this medication and introduce extra risk to the baby
I had the same struggle and was prescribed domperidone but decided against it out of concern for the quality of the breast milk. I couldn’t really get a clear answer on whether it affected quality or whether the drug passed to baby through breast milk.
And then they claim that the nutritional qualities of the milk are potentially BETTER than mother's milk. They can't just leave us to do what our bodies were made to do, they have to do it and be celebrated for their excellence also, regardless if it's healthy for the babies

As a married man who is trying for a baby, and we've not too long ago got over a miscarriage, this seriously infuriates me. As a man, my wifes physical, emotional, mental and spiritual endurance is something that amazes and humbles me. Never in my life would I ever think to denigrate my wife or women in general for that miraculous damn near godlike power. Yeah that feels wrong to me too. I'm expecting my 2nd, and kinda dreading her birth in september, because I have severe anxiety and depression and I'm gonna have to make the hard decision of either breastfeeding and staying off or on very low dose of my meds that practically doesn't help with symptoms vs getting to up their dose and feel at ease mentally but not breastfeeding and missing out on the health benefits and unique way of bonding with my baby. It's a really tough decision many moms need to make, yet these men can take experimental medication to get to use a baby as a proxy to support their delusions? The baby's health and benefit should be the priority, and that would be the natural instinct of any good mother.

He literally submitted the home info to school, where he claimed he was mother and I was "other parent." Despite the fact that I had custody. These men hate women and see them as service appliances. They often have pregnancy/inflation/BDSM fantasies, and the idea of torturing a woman this way turns them on. They are too cheap to hire surrogates. They want a house slave and mommy/nanny, while they live their "Barbie Mode" lifestyle. It's repulsive and evil. Many of these men also fetishize childhood, so their desire for children might be pedophilic in nature.
Not all trans people are like this, but there are definitely a lot of narcissistic males who trap women into feeding their fetishes.

I had the same struggle and was prescribed domperidone but decided against it out of concern for the quality of the breast milk. I couldn’t really get a clear answer on whether it affected quality or whether the drug passed to baby through breast milk.

As someone who is currently 37 weeks pregnant and have had all the health issues thar come with being pregnant.

Sydney, you are not alone in thinking having your sister as a surrogate is weird nor are you alone in despising the disrespectful mocking of womanhood and motherhood.
It is weird for me too, but, at the same time, it also seems more human than paying a woman you don't know to carry your baby. In the first case, it is a sister doing a service for a loved one. It doesn't seem unethical to me in the sense that it's not motivated by money and the mother will be involved in the life of the baby and won't loose contact with the kids. I can understand a sister having empathx for her sister or brother and wanting to help them have kids. But I do not think it would ever be acceptable to make pregnancy into a business.
If you mean the old fashioned way of impregnating, then yeah that's nasty. But tbf, I've thought of asking my sister for me if the possibility of a family ever came up, I just don't see how trusting a complete stranger (who's obviously only in it for the money) is a better route than asking a trusted family member. I would love to hear your response tho! Maybe your perspective can help me see something that I'm not

The fact is that once you put someone in the position of birthing another persons child it becomes there's and the one they are birthing on. The person who wants the child from the baby birther as we are going to call them is taken out of the equal equation here. They just become a person who wants and not actually taking part of the whole process so they will NEVER know what its like to go though it.
If my sister was going to surrogate for me if I couldn't physically carry a baby, then that's understandable. It's when people pay women to carry like some kind of brood mare mixed with human trafficking when the person buying can physically carry their own children but for other reasons choose not to, or for people like this who just want a baby to afirm their identity. Of course though, what absolutely breaks my heart and enrages me, are the babies coming into this world under these circumstances. I just became a mother 12 weeks ago and it's definitely made me incredibly sensitive to babies and children.
This was literally a plot in Friends, and even they acknowledged how weird it was.
I'm an actual woman who's been trying and failing for 3 years to conceive with my husband. I'm genuinely offended that these men think they're the same as me or that they can even begin to comprehend a fraction of the pain I feel not being able to have a child.
My husband and I had 12 IUI and 2 IVF rounds and got the news we were going to have a baby on the 4 year mark. 🙏 I wish you and your husband all the best. It is the hardest struggle that is ignored by so many.

Even if they butcher themselves into having uteruses that's no mother either. There is no level of technology that can make you into something you're not even if in the future science can chance every single cell in your body, then still you were never a woman because if you were you wouldn't have needed the procedure in the first place.
