If Batman showed up and taken the boy's machines, he could disable them and use them for new bat tech equipment he would construct, but it would be very cool to see Phineas and Ferb team up with Batman to protect Gotham City from Joker and a bunch of goons when they try to terrorize the people and they would have the machines and plan ready for combat.

“They may not have any super power” not sure on that one. Pretty confident they got one of the better luck factors in all of fiction (no seriously, it’s canon. In Milo Murphy’s law, someone in one of the crews figured out the could effectively make a bad luck laser by putting the brothers on either side of Milo.)
